It has aromas of red fruits such as cranberry, citrus fruits such as grapefruit, herbs such as anise and spices such as pepper and cinnamon. Gastronomic, juicy and salty mouth. Aging in terracotta amphorae helps with its structure and minerality. It accompanies grilled meats as well as fried dishes. It's challenging and definitely worth your try!

The Roulleau family, the fifth family to own the wine estate since the Middle Ages, acquired Domaine de La Begude in September 2022 and appointed Laurent Fortin as Managing Director. From Margaux to Bandol, Laurent Fortin wishes to maintain the same pioneering spirit, with a name that directly links it to his homeland, "beguda" which means "the place we drink" in Provencal.

< p>Located at the highest point of the Bandol appellation, at an altitude of 410 meters, it is an estate that is an incomparable model of biodiversity, in which the vine finds its balance. To protect this wild nature, Domaine de La Begude has banned all herbicides, pesticides and chemical fertilizers since 1996. From this wonderful terroir flows wines with great aging potential!
