DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

The customer has the right to return the product, if within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receipt of the product, he declares that the product is defective. The return-shipping costs are borne by the MyCellar company, after receipt of the products and relevant control, as provided. After the end of the above 14 (fourteen) calendar days from its delivery, it is considered that the product was received in perfect condition and our company does not accept its return or replacement and bears no responsibility. By returning the defective product, you have the option of either requesting its replacement with a new identical product, or requesting a refund of your money, which is carried out using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. Regarding the case of payment of the products ordered by you by cash on delivery (either in cash/or via POS System), your refund will be made by depositing into a bank account that you have indicated through the contact form on this website. It is important that the details of the bank account (bank, IBAN, account number, account holder) are absolutely correct. Please be accurate in all of the above information. Our company bears no responsibility in the event that you provide incorrect information.

NON-PROVISION OF SERVICES

The company MyCellar and its partners make every possible effort for the good operation of its website, without guaranteeing that its operations or its servers will be uninterrupted or error-free, free of viruses or other similar elements. Our company reserves the right to stop providing services at any time without notice. (maintenance, updates, database errors-connections)

WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).

Necessary conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are: that the product has not been used, that any other labels or markings (e.g., stickers, brand markings, etc.) on the products have not been removed. Also, all items must be returned in the perfect condition received without damage, without any defects (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and in their packaging (for items received in special packaging - e.g., fragile products - should be returned in their special packaging), while it should also be accompanied by all the necessary documents.

NON-COLLECTION/ CANCELLATION/ REFUND

In case the customer is not satisfied with a product or received a different product from the one he ordered, he has the right to return it within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase. Provided it has not been opened or used and is in the perfect condition it was received in its full packaging.

In the event that it is not returned, during the above period the MyCellar company is entitled not to accept the return and therefore to refuse the replacement.

The shipping costs are borne by the customer in every case of return and the only exception is the case where the customer received a different product or quantity from the order.

After checking the product by the MyCellar company and finding that it meets the above conditions, the value of the product is returned to the customer.

In all cases, the return of the product to be replaced should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g., VAT, Retail Receipt, etc.)

In the event of a return of the products, and provided that the products have previously been received and checked, the refund to the customer will be made by canceling the credit card charge.

In case of return of products by way of cash on delivery payment, the refund will be made by deposit to a bank account indicated by the customer.
