Orange

Peninsula Skin Contact is an orange wine from Castile. The skins remained with the must for 149 days to add complexity and texture. A light filtration before bottling contributes to the purity of the aromas and prevents future spoilage. The aroma is very complex and develops in the glass, combining primary notes of stone fruit, orange peel, grapefruit and ginger. A very versatile and gastronomic wine that combines the lightness and delicious freshness of the variety on the palate with depth and a long, tannic aftertaste. Gastronomically, it accompanies almost everything from grilled meats, stews, but also platters with cheeses and premium charcuterie.

Methymnaios Organic Orange Dry wine, comes from Lesvos and is produced from the well-known variety Hydiriotiko. The vinification of Methymnaios Organic Orange Dry is done without temperature control, unlike the other wines of this series. Due to this high temperature, its orange color also appears.
