The special feature of the winery's vineyards is that they are under organic cultivation. In 2004 a new state-of-the-art winery was established within the vineyards. All phases from production to bottling take place in the vertically integrated modern unit guided by the love of wine and its philosophy!

Iama dry white wine is produced from the Assyrtiko and Malagouzia varieties that come from the estate's vineyards in Yaltra, Northern Evia.

Methea White Dry is a pleasant, harmonious and delicious wine with a delicate taste and cool profile. Its grapes come from estates of Northern Evia which have been matured in stainless steel tanks in order to produce this unique and delicious whole.

Asyrtiko White Dry Sur Lies has a golden color and aromas that come mainly from yellow fruits and citrus fruits. The feeling that leaves is cool giving notes of freshness and exotic aromas such as pineapple and lychee. Its acidity is perfectly combined with the rest of its elements and a balance is achieved.

The name Lagara White Dry means pure water and comes from the ancient Greek, where "lagaros" means clear. This is a wine that consists of "Sauvignon Blanc" and "Assyrtiko" grape varieties.

According to mythology, the city of Abdira was built in honor of Abdira, by Hercules, a close friend to honor him who had been killed in the battle with the wild horses of King Diomedes.

Leipsi Apasperitis is a journey of taste, crafted from the island's traditional Fokiano grape. For generations, Leipsi has produced this sweet red wine by sun-drying the grapes to achieve a rich aroma. On the nose, honey, sweet grape, and dried fruits dominate. The palate is full-bodied, with balanced acidity and a long finish. It is the perfect companion for syrupy desserts like baklava and kadaif, melomakarona, as well as chocolate sweets and aged cheeses. Serve it at 14-16°C. Avoid very fatty or salty dishes.

Ageriko White Dry is an authentic Greek wine from the island of Lipsi, which combines three special varieties: Fokiano, Assyrtiko and Athiri. With a bright color and aromas of citrus, white fruits and subtle botanical tones, it offers freshness, balance and cool acidity. On the palate it leaves a long, delightful aftertaste reminiscent of the Aegean summer. It ideally accompanies fresh fish, seafood, fresh salads and light cheeses, while it is served chilled at 8-10°C. A wine that captures the authenticity and island character of Lipsi!

Afianes Natural Sparkling is a rare sparkling wine from Ikaria, made from the local Begleri grape. Its bright gold color and elegant bubbles, forming a persistent "cordon" in the glass, are a perfect invitation to a unique experience. The unique taste and rich aroma come from its underwater fermentation and aging process. The wine's multi-layered and creamy character, with a long and complex finish, makes it ideal for special occasions or a seafood night. It pairs beautifully with coquilles St. Jacques, fresh oysters, and scallops with lemon. For the best experience, serve it chilled at 6-8°C.
