Rose Wine

Discover the Ktima Akrani Single Block Miniera Rose 2024, a dry wine full of character and freshness. Sourced from a single, organically farmed vineyard on the island of Kos, this rose is a blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. It displays a salmon hue, with dominant notes of mango and grapefruit on the nose. The palate is vibrant, elegant, and beautifully balanced. An ideal pairing for sushi, seafood, and light salads, this wine will elevate any meal.

Nikolou Mandilaria Rose Dry will come to us from a young vineyard at the foot of Mount Hymettus, in the area of Koropi, and at an altitude of 600 meters. The grapes of the Mandilaria variety, which will give us the specific label, are carefully collected there. After hand harvesting, followed by thawing and extraction for 2 hours, static extraction and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Then it remains 2 months in the tank with its fine mud and 1 month in new barrels of oak and acacia for microoxygenation.

The Moraitis winery, in the area of Naoussa in Paros, has been producing fine wines for several years. An old vineyard in the Demiralis area was replanted a few years ago and in 2019 gave its first wine, the Damerale BIO Rose Dry. Aidani Black, Mavrathiro and a small percentage of Monemvasia, are the varieties that are combined in order to give us this wonderful rose wine.

The Aidani Black variety from the Moraitis winery in Paros will be cultivated carefully.

Lampadias Rose Dry is a wonderful label of the Merkouri Estate, created from the syrah and Agiorgitiko varieties.

Romazza is a rose semi-sweet wine consisting of the Merlot and Muscat Rio varieties, varieties that are processed at very low temperatures until the final result is obtained. A small percentage of Hamburg Muscat is added to the final wine. This results to an attractive semi-sweet rose wine, filled with a strong aroma of cherry and strawberry which is rich in the mouth, harmoniously combining the sweetness with its acidity.

"NOTOS" Rose Dry Wine from the Kanakari winery, is produced exclusively from the Roditis variety of the semi-mountainous vineyards of Egaleia. The harvest is done in small crates of 20 kg and the pressures that receives during its vinification are of moderate intensity.
