The Aragosta line is a historic line, known throughout Italy. Today the Aragosta range reaches 2.5 million bottles, produced in Sardinia and distributed around the world. Aragosta Rose is the pink side of this range which is vinified from the light pressing of red Cannonau (Grenache) grapes. It has a fresh, distinct, just the right intensity and finesse aroma with a light note of rose and berries. In the mouth it is dry, tasty, lively but at the same time harmonious and pleasantly fruity. Accompany it with pink seafood and fish such as shrimp, salmon or mullet.

Anastasia Fragou SOUL is a unique, semi-dry rose wine, a charming blend of Agiorgitiko and Merlot from the vineyards of Pikermi, Attica. Its brief pre-fermentation maceration gives it a wonderful color and an intensely aromatic character. With a pomegranate hue, its nose is filled with aromas of strawberry, pomegranate, and sour cherry, while its juicy taste and crisp acidity lead to a long, spicy finish. Serve ideally at 10-12C. It pairs perfectly with sweet and sour Asian dishes, oily stews, grilled meats with sauces, and salads. Avoid very salty or acidic dishes and intensely flavored red meats. This is a wine that truly speaks to the soul!

This vibrant rose wine is a charming blend of Agiorgitiko (90%) and Sangiovese (10%) from the vineyards of Pikermi, Attica. The brief skin contact (14-18 hours) gives it an expressive cherry-red color and a rich character, harmoniously combining Greek and Italian grape varieties. With aromas of cherry candy, grape preserve, and spices, the taste is juicy, with crisp acidity and subtle tannins that offer volume and complexity. The long finish concludes with spicy notes. Serve at 10-12C. It pairs wonderfully with BBQ meats, pasta with red sauce, oily stews, and even fatty fish. Avoid very spicy or very light dishes. Gris De Nuit Rose Dry is another label from the Tselepou estate that stands out. It is a rose wine, made from 100% Moschofilero, which contains all the art of Giannis Tselepos. Its impressive, rosy color, in combination with its intoxicating, aromatic character, make Gris De Nuit Rose Dry or otherwise the Gray of the Night, as it translates, a delicious and very beloved wine.

The Tselepos winery was founded in 1989, when Yiannis and Amalia, with their passion and vision, set out to make a quality wine and something new in the field of Greek wine. Dryopi Rose Dry of the Tselepos estate is another proof that the Agiorgitiko variety can offer us tasty wines.
