Red Wine

100% Sangiovese Grosso harvested by hand. 4 years aging of which 24 months in oak barrels. Once bottled, it rests for an additional 6 months in bottle before being released to the market. An earthy expression of Sangiovese offers aromas of black cherry, rose and notes of eucalyptus. Tastewise you will feel wild cherry, blackberry, clove, savory herbs and licorice alongside the tannins and acidity. Brunello is a perfect partner for red meats, smoked, chargrilled, oven-roasted or braised, with the classic combination remaining the Florentine-style grilled T-bone (Bistecca alla Fiorentina).

Memoro really emerged as a cuvee wine, a blend of different grapes from different parts of Italy coming from different vintages. Montepulciano from Abruzzo, Nero d'Avola from Sicily, Merlot from the cooler climate of Veneto and partially dried Primitivo grapes from Puglia. This wine was named Memoro, which in Latin means "I remember" and refers to the Italian pride of the Piccini family. This is a warm and modern style wine, with notes of dark cherries, figs and coffee in a delicate oak frame. It is generous on the palate, revealing a bright fruity character. Concentrated with excellent structure, yet harmonious and smooth and a long, dense finish. Accompany it with barbecue, roasts, game, goat or lamb.

Piccini Chianti is made from the best Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo and Canaiolo grapes grown in the Tuscan soil. It has a deep ruby color with an intense and persistent aroma of ripe red fruits and is a well-structured wine with soft tannins and distinct notes of red fruit. Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes sourced from the best locations are picked and fermented separately. With intense and persistent fruit aromas, the taste develops slowly and the vanilla from the use of the barrel, comes at the end. "Collezione Oro" reveals itself sensually with velvety nuances, a rich structure, a long aftertaste and a warm palate with soft tannins. Accompany it with steaks, barbecue and aged cheeses.

CasalFarneto Otto Borghi Rosso, is a wine with remarkable structure and elegance, soft but at the same time powerful produced from the Montepulciano, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties. It is presented to us with a deep vibrant purple red color, very intense aromas of ripe red fruits such as black cherry, blackberries and plums and with a spicy aftertaste. In the mouth it is warm and full and the taste is rich with soft tannins and a fruity finish. It goes perfectly with large beef steaks, game, braised meat and strong mature cheeses.

Rosae Lacrima is a red, fresh, aromatic and easy-drinking wine with very prominent aromas of rose and violet. It has a ruby color with purple highlights and intense aromas of rose and violet, with notes of berries. This is an elegant wine that reflects the vineyard and the terroir from which it comes. It is light, friendly tannic, fresh, easy to drink and aromatic and you can enjoy it with appetizers, tomato-based first courses, sausages, white and red meats.

This is a wine with an intense ruby color, rich and elegant aromas of flowers, fresh red fruits, berries, spices and spicy notes of vanilla. Il Poggio Safinos, is a wine of rare depth, complex and refined with a solid and bright ruby color. Intense and elegant aromas of red fruits such as black cherry, raisins and blackberries are immediately noticeable. In the mouth it is generous, fresh but with velvety and fine tannins. It is balanced, intense, persistent and subtle. Its formality is remarkable. Ideal with grilled red meats or ragout.

Il Poggio Aglianico is a compact and bright wine with purple-red color and ruby ??highlights. Very typical Alianico nose, intense, quite complex and delicate, with dominant aromas of small ripe red fruits such as plum, amarena cherry, notes of dark chocolate, vanilla and some smoky notes due to the short passage in barrique (small oak barrel). It has velvety tannins, a fruity palate, a persistent, fine medium body and is poised and quite harmonious. Dare and you won't miss out if you accompany it with Moussaka or barbecue (BBQ).

It is a mature and round red wine with intense rubies and violet hues. Aromas of plum, blueberry, cedar, chocolate, cherry and general red berries with spicy notes of white pepper immediately make their presence felt. In the mouth it develops harmoniously between the fruity sweetness and the salty freshness that possesses.
