Orange

Peninsula Skin Contact is an orange wine from Castile. The skins remained with the must for 149 days to add complexity and texture. A light filtration before bottling contributes to the purity of the aromas and prevents future spoilage. The aroma is very complex and develops in the glass, combining primary notes of stone fruit, orange peel, grapefruit and ginger. A very versatile and gastronomic wine that combines the lightness and delicious freshness of the variety on the palate with depth and a long, tannic aftertaste. Gastronomically, it accompanies almost everything from grilled meats, stews, but also platters with cheeses and premium charcuterie.

Methymnaios Orange Dry is a distinct organic wine with a Protected Geographical Indication Lesvos. It's made from 100% Chidiriotiko, a rare local grape variety, resulting in a striking orange color. The nose is dominated by aromas of orange, bergamot, and orange preserves, while the palate reveals notes of apricot and caramel. It's a dry yet full-bodied wine, with an earthy, mineral finish. Serve it chilled at 8-10°C. Its rich flavor makes it ideal for pairing with almost any dish, from cured meats, seafood, salmon, bottarga, and duck to Asian dishes like sushi.
