Leipsi Apasperitis is a journey of taste, crafted from the island's traditional Fokiano grape. For generations, Leipsi has produced this sweet red wine by sun-drying the grapes to achieve a rich aroma. On the nose, honey, sweet grape, and dried fruits dominate. The palate is full-bodied, with balanced acidity and a long finish. It is the perfect companion for syrupy desserts like baklava and kadaif, melomakarona, as well as chocolate sweets and aged cheeses. Serve it at 14-16°C. Avoid very fatty or salty dishes.

Ktima Alpha Red (PGI Florina) is a captivating blend of Syrah (60%), Merlot (20%) & Xinomavro (20%) from the high-altitude Amyndeon plateau. Aging (18 months in new oak barrels and 12 in bottle) imparts a velvety texture and serious structure. Boasting a deep ruby color, it offers a complex bouquet of red fruit, dried plum, pepper, and mocha. The palate is generous, round, well-balanced, with ripe tannins and notes of vanilla/oak. Serve at 16-18C. It pairs perfectly with red meats (grilled/sauces), game, and hard cheeses (like Graviera). Avoid overly light dishes to appreciate its richness. This wine is a warm embrace of Macedonian terroir!

Ktima Alpha Malagousia (100% Malagousia) is a brilliant white wine from the "Chelones" vineyard in Amyndeon (670 m. elevation). 2 months of aging on its lees enhances its richness and finesse while preserving its vibrant freshness. With a bright, pal- yellow color, it offers intense aromas of white flowers, citrus, and aromatic herbs. The palate is full, with excellent balance, freshness, and a long finish. Serve at 11-12C. It pairs perfectly with green salads, seafood appetizers, grilled fish, and pasta. Avoid heavy red meats and overly spicy dishes. A glass that captures the essence of the Greek summer!
