The Gewurztraminer from Alsace is recommended to us with a golden yellow color and elegant notes of lychee and rose. It is minimally aggressive on the palate, gourmand and crisp and despite its sugars is well balanced, with notes of rose. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany some strong cheese and spicy Asian dishes such as duck. It ages easily up to 8-10 years.

La Tour Riesling is an Alsatian Riesling that is vinified in both tanks and barrels. It has a soft platinum color, strong aromas of citrus and mineral elements and is aggressive in the mouth, with crisp, fresh and beautiful acidity. It is a gastronomic wine with a very good structure that you can accompany it with marinated meat in wine sauce, cabbage, fresh fish or soft shells. Another advantage is the very good value for money!

It is an Alsatian Cremant from the Pinot Auxerois and Pinot Blanc varieties whose fermentation occurs only in stainless steel tanks. Gastronomic Cremant, with fine bubbles and aromas of white flowers and white pome fruits such as peach. Accompany an entire meal from appetizers to dessert.

La Tour Pinot Gris is a 100% Pinot Gris wine from Riquewihr, Alsace. It has a clear, pale yellow color, refined nose with fruity notes and is smooth on the palate, gourmand and crisp with hints of grapefruit. It is combined with white meat in sauce, fresh salmon and dishes accompanied by mild spicy sauces or exotic fruits. Keep it up to 10 years.

A Gewurztraminer from the famous Grand Cru Sporen. With a clear, pale yellow color and vinification in stainless tanks and oak barrels, this wine is recommended to us. When it opens, aromatically, you will distinguish rose, lychee and peach and in the mouth, sweetness and acidity in perfect balance. It is a very well structured wine with a smooth and long aftertaste that leaves the feeling of passion fruit. Enjoy it as an aperitif, with some white or chocolate dessert. It ages comfortably for 10 years.

The Schoenenbourg hillside lies north of Riquewihr. Riesling is the dominant variety on this slope and gives a rich and complex wine, vinified in stainless steel tanks and large oak barrels. It has a straw yellow color with beautiful silver highlights, excellent finesse on the nose, aromas of ripe citrus fruits, passion fruit and lemon zest. In the mouth we find the fruity aromas of the nose as well as notes of caramel, apricot and peach. Goes well with good fish in sauce, scallops, white meats, pasta dishes and soft cheeses.
