This vineyard was planted by Josef Tement in the 1950s and has been owned by the family ever since. Notes of lemon, blackcurrant and apricot will give a wine that is delicate and fresh with a soft minerality and a luscious finish. The soil from which it is cultivated is located in a closed mountain basin at an altitude of 300 - 420 m with a south-southeast orientation and is characterized by sandy clay coral limestone soil. Tement Ried Grassnitzberg Sauvignon Blanc is unique especially for cold nights.

The harvest of this wine is mainly done during the night where the grape is picked quickly to avoid as much as possible getting wet with the skins. Its pale pink color is reminiscent of amaranth, while light fuchsia shades can be seen. The nose is of medium intensity with remarkable complexity while the presence of white fruit, peach, white flowers and some red fruit with tropical undertones is quickly apparent. Its taste is fresh and silky and its elegant acidity is balanced with a complex fruity memory and a certain softness due to aging on lees. This is a very pleasant wine that will keep you company!

This wine comes from young vineyards that are cultivated organically from planting and are accredited by the competent bodies, in gravelly soils of the region. The taste is dry, round and structured thanks to two months of aging on fine lees. It combines perfectly with white fish, tuna, pasta, Asian food, chicken, fresh or blue cheeses.

"Heiligenstein" is the best known and most traditional Riesling vineyard in Lower Austria's Kamptal and was the first in the region to be mentioned by name and recorded on maps. Austrian traditional wineries classify it as "Prime Site".

This wine is aged for 10 months on the lees in 600 liter wooden barrels and another 10 months on the fine lees in large wooden barrels before being bottled unfiltered. It has a rich, golden yellow color, aromas of candied fruit, dried apricots and nectarines. This is a wine with an extremely rich body and structure, very tasty, with balanced acidity, which is an excellent accompaniment to spicy dishes and curry recipes.
