The "Grille-Midi" forms a basin consisting of sand on the surface and pink granite visible at a depth of 30 to 40 cm. This wine is aged in concrete tanks for 13 months. Beautiful raspberry color. On the nose you will find elegant notes of lilac, violet and blackcurrant. In the mouth it is round with silky freshness. Enjoy with leg of lamb, poultry and white meats and cheeses.
