Terra Valpolicella Superiore ages 36 months in French oak and 4 months in bottle. Ruby red with garnet hints, it offers aromas of cherry, blackberry, vanilla, and spices. Dry, smooth, and persistent, with a hint of bitter almond. Perfect with game, grilled meats, porcini risotto, braised lamb, and aged cheeses!

Verso Riserva Soave Superiore Classico is a highly complex wine from Garganega grapes grown in volcanic basaltic soil. Straw yellow with golden hues, it offers aromas of citrus, peach, pear, almond, herbs, and mineral notes. Aged on lees for depth and intensity. Ideal with seafood, shrimp risotto, roasted chicken, polenta, and sushi!

The Soave Superiore Classico Verso is a straw-yellow wine with golden reflections, clear and consistent in the glass. It has intense, complex aromas of basaltic soil, lavender, kiwi, and melon. With a fresh, precise personality, balanced acidity, and soft notes, it offers almond and bitter notes. Perfect with fish dishes, especially shellfish.

Bright, intense yellow wine with aromas of chamomile, wildflowers, and balsamic notes of elderberry and lime. On the palate, it is dry, with a strong balance of acidity and soft tones. Ideal as an aperitif or with fish, vegetables and white meats. Excellent when young, but ages wonderfully in the bottle. Elegance in every sip!

This wonderful label, the Sandeman Fine Ruby Porto, will come to us from Porto and the famous Sandeman house. The history of the house begins in 1790 and surely its people have the knowledge and experience to offer us wonderful wines, using the traditional distillation method of Porto.

A special red wine made from Pinot Meunier from the Mosel. As usual from Gunther Steinmetz, we have a wine with amazing balance. Full-bodied with fine tannins and medium acidity. Aromatically, you will distinguish red fruits, such as cherry, spices, such as pepper, and flowers, such as rose. Long, delicious and silky aftertaste. Delightful at an amazing price. Enjoy it with duck, rabbit and pasta with red sauce.

Gunther Steinmetz is a master of balance in his red wines. A stunning Pinot Noir from the Moselle that has a Burgundian style in terms of finesse. With medium body and noticeable tannins complemented by refreshing acidity in the mouth. On the nose, aromas of plums, strawberry, spices such as pepper and a subtle hint of wood and smoke. Ideally, you can enjoy it now or from 2025 and for several years with tuna, mushrooms (roasted or risotto), truffle recipes, duck or veal Bourguignon.

Another delicious, fruity Spatlese from Gunther Steinmetz. Aromas of peach, apricot, apple, mango, grapefruit and lemon. In the mouth, the crisp and refreshing acidity makes it a very balanced wine.
