Mandilari Red BIO is another label of the Gavalas winery, whose vineyards were included in the organic cultivation regime in 2001. The history of the winery begins sometime in 1906, by Emmanuel Gavalas, who began to plant the first vineyards. Since then, the vineyards are passed down from generation to generation and the love for wine passes with them.

Vidiano White BIO is a white dry organic wine that comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. It is created 100% from the Vidiano variety, which grows at an altitude of 350 meters in the vineyards of Monofatsi in Heraklion, Crete and specifically in the vineyard "Kampos".

Kotsifali Red BIO is another label of the Gavalas winery, whose vineyards were included in the organic cultivation regime in 2001. The Lonely Red Dry BIO is a red dry organic wine, which comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. Created exclusively from the Cabernet sauvignon variety, which grows in the Monofatsi vineyards, in Heraklion, Crete, and specifically in the "Kremnolia" vineyard.

An Rose Semi-Dry BIO is a semi-dry organic wine, which comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. It is created from the varieties Kotsifali and Cabernet Sauvignon, which grow at an altitude of 400 meters in the vineyards of Monofatsi, in Heraklion, Crete, and specifically in the vineyard "Frangospito".

The special feature of the winery's vineyards is that they are under organic cultivation. In 2004 a new state-of-the-art winery was established within the vineyards. All phases from production to bottling take place in the vertically integrated modern unit guided by the love of wine and its philosophy!

Efivos Red Dry BIO is a red dry organic wine that comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. The varieties Mandilari, Kotsifali and Syrah are grown in the vineyards of Monofatsi in Heraklion, Crete in the vineyard "Kremnolia".

Iama Red Dry combines two well-known grape varieties to get the final result. The "Vradiano" variety originating from Evia, and the Syrah variety originating from France, make this wine unique which is ready for consumption with the possibility of further aging for at least 4 years.

The creators of the Iama Rose wine for its production chose to use the rare variety "Vradiano" instead of various international, famous varieties. The procedure that is followed is the classic cold extraction of grapes for 18 hours and then it is vinified. It is ready to be consumed after these procedures.
