Win Win Riesling ferments and matures half in barrel and half in stainless steel. The grapes come from the vineyards of the Deidesheim and Ruppertsberg regions. On the nose it is classic Riesling and leaves aromas of lime, pineapple and stone fruits such as apricot. It is complex and salty in the mouth, but fresh with juicy fruit offering great pleasure. Accompany it with seafood such as prawns and crabs.

Varvaglione Papale Oro is an impressively generous and rich wine with an intense red color. Aromas of fruit jam, black cherry, cassis, plum smoke, spices and a round and playful mouth are some of the elements that characterize it. The aromas of the nose continue in the mouth leaving notes of dark chocolate, licorice, mint and coffee. The aftertaste is long and a little sweet and reminds of caramel and Turkish delight. Accompany it with hearty dishes, grilled and stewed meats, game, charcuterie and meat-based first courses. It is also excellent with soups and cheeses such as Pecorino Romano.

Varvaglione Tatu is a very interesting wine from Southern Italy that, in addition to the Primitivo variety, also has 10% Aglianico. Dark red color with violet notes, aromas of ripe red fruits such as blackberries and blueberries, pleasant aromatic notes of potpourri and spices are some of the characteristics of this wine. This is a juicy, balanced and savory wine, quite tasty with a long and persistent aftertaste. Pair it with ragout pasta, grilled beef steaks, lamb, aged and spicy cheeses, game and spiced recipes.

The golden yellow color of Varvaglione Primadonna Chardonnay is a sign that the wine has passed through a barrel. Rich and aromatic notes of pineapple, croissant with almond cream filling, lemon zest and green apple on the nose, full and harmonious taste, with really good and balanced acidity that prepares the palate for a long and pleasant aftertaste are the characteristics of this wine. Pair it with grilled chicken, brisket with white sauce, shellfish and all the great fatty fish dishes.

Salice is a village of Salento in Puglia. Dominant variety in this DOC area is Negroamaro. Varvaglione Salice Salentino is an impressive wine with a dark red color and aromas of black cherries, cocoa, bitter chocolate, vanilla, coffee, plums and chestnut. In the mouth it has a medium to full body, it is harmonious, balanced and elegant, with round tannins and a long aromatic, fruity aftertaste. Accompany it with lasagna, barbecue, boiled meats and aged cheeses.

Varvaglione Bianco BIO is a straw yellow with green notes white wine that comes to us from the province of Taranto. In the nose, its elegant aromatic bouquet recalls notes of mimosa flowers, fruit and citrus aromas while in the mouth, its slightly acidic balance makes it fresh and refreshing. It goes perfectly with raw fish, shellfish and seasonal salads.

Varvaglione Malvasia Nera is a delicious and everyday wine with a red color and intense purple hints -an example of youth- and aromas reminiscent of fruits such as pomegranate and blackberries. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced, with a pleasant and fruity aftertaste. It goes perfectly with pasta, pizza and aged cheese.
