We are dealing with an Alsatian Pinot Noir that does not come out every year. Its vinification takes place 75% in stainless tanks and 25% in oak barrels. La Tour Pinot Noir has a beautiful ruby color, a nose with finesse, slightly roasted and candied red fruits and spices. It is crisp in the mouth, rich and full on the palate, with intense tannins on the finish and can easily be combined with charcuterie, barbecued meats, game or poultry, pizzas and flambe tarts.

La Tour Vendanges Tardives has a deep golden color and aromas of candied exotic fruits and honey. In the mouth, the refreshing acidity balances the rich and sugary palate. This wine is ideal with fruit desserts, ice cream, blue cheeses and foie gras. You can keep it for up to 15 years.

La Tour Pinot Gris Reserve has a medium yellow color with aromas of white fleshy exotic fruits and some smoky notes. It is a fruity, gourmet, rich and balanced wine that you can accompany with foie gras, pork stew, mushrooms or other appetizers. Keep it up to 10 years.

The Gewurztraminer from Alsace is recommended to us with a golden yellow color and elegant notes of lychee and rose. It is minimally aggressive on the palate, gourmand and crisp and despite its sugars is well balanced, with notes of rose. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany some strong cheese and spicy Asian dishes such as duck. It ages easily up to 8-10 years.

La Tour Riesling is an Alsatian Riesling that is vinified in both tanks and barrels. It has a soft platinum color, strong aromas of citrus and mineral elements and is aggressive in the mouth, with crisp, fresh and beautiful acidity. It is a gastronomic wine with a very good structure that you can accompany it with marinated meat in wine sauce, cabbage, fresh fish or soft shells. Another advantage is the very good value for money!

La Tour Pinot Blanc is a 100% Pinot Blanc wine that comes from the medieval village of Riquewihr in Alsace. It has a clear, pale yellow color and its fermentation takes place in stainless tanks and oak barrels. On the nose you will find white fruits and toasted notes. In the mouth it is round, supple and a little bitter at the end, which makes it even more delicious and complex. It is combined with various types of appetizers such as salads, delicatessen, exotic recipes, slightly spicy food and oysters. You can keep it in your cellar for up to 6 years.

Pinot Noir Royale is the royal introduction to the estate's Pinots. Aromas of red fruits such as sour cherry, notes of smoke as well as the 18 months of aging in barriques barrels (1/3 new) give it velvety tannins, depth of flavor and a wonderful silky elegance. For those who like good Pinots from Burgundy but don't like their prices, this Pinot from the Von Winning estate is ideal. Enjoy it with tuna, grilled or boiled meats with dark sauces and classics with Beef Bourguignon.

Chardonnay Royale is produced from grapes of the Ruppertsberg plain and is fermented and fully matured in barrels. The wine is concentrated and long with light notes of butter, passion fruit, mango, notes of white chocolate and wood with strong acidity that gives balance. This is definitely an elegant and charming wine with freshness, a lovely smoky nose, aromas of pear and herbs. Accompany it with poultry with white sauces, large fish, pork fricassee or a pumpkin soup.

White Burgundy Imperiale is grown in the Ruppertsberg plain where a selection of the best vineyards and barrels is made compared to Royale. Aromas of roasted nuts and ripe, yellow fruit lead to a complex, deep Pinot Blanc. The wine is quite concentrated, it is smooth, has a slightly spicy taste and is long tasting. A decantation into a carafe may give faster what the particular wine can give. Enjoy it with vegetables, Asian cuisine, with creamy soups, with fatty fish, with poultry and pork, even wine killer asparagus can accompany it. Worth a try!

Pinot Blanc in Germany is called Weisser Burgunder. Royale is produced from grapes planted on the Ruppertsberg plain. It ferments and matures in a barrel and combines aromas of apricot pear and quince with a fine creaminess and freshness. It goes with almost everything and is ideal to complete any occasion. More specifically, it can be combined with a Quiche Lorraine, shrimps in a slightly spicy Asian recipe, seafood salad, and even a white tomato-free pizza.
