The winery was founded in 1994 by Dionysis and Maria Papanikolopoulou, with love and respect for the traditional methods of cultivation and winemaking, but also the indigenous varieties of the island. This label is produced exclusively from the Vertzami variety, whose grapes come from vineyards of at least 40 years old. Keropatis was the name given by the producers of Lefkada to their red wines, which had very short contact with the marcs.
