The "Dentelles" appeared thanks to the pressure between the Pyrenees and the Alps. The nights are cooler and the ripening of the grapes usually comes at the end of September. Vinification takes place in stainless steel and concrete tanks and aging in oak barrels. It has a deep red grenache color and aromas typical of Grenache with ripe black fruits, raspberry. It is a powerful Gigondas, but harmonious and well balanced with a long finish and hints of spice and minerals. Enjoy it between 1 and 8 years with the accompaniment of game, lamb, roasts, a variety with bold cold cuts or even a pizza.

It has a deep and bright purple-red color as well as an exciting nose with aromas of black fruits, spices and vanilla. This great aromatic complexity is also found on the palate: spices and ripe fruit emerge with elegance and harmonious tannins. The aftertaste has good aromatic length where a touch of licorice and pepper is discernible. It is a wonderful Chateauneuf du Pape with great concentration and finesse. Enjoy it between 2 and 20 years. It is better to be transfused if it is young -under 5 years old-. Accompany cooked red meats, poultry and game.
