It has acquired the classic characteristics of an old Tawny Port, while at the same time retaining much of the freshness and fruitiness of its youth. It is a beautiful Old Tawny in color, recognizable by its shine. Among the complex aromas, young and very lively fruit blends are left, beautiful, attractive and typical aromas of nuts like hazelnut. Rich and soft on the palate, elegant with a long aftertaste that will amaze you!

The wine matures for 5 years in Portuguese oak barrels instead of 2 years like a Classic Vintage. This explains its name, "Late Bottled Vintage". The longer barrel aging helps the wine's velvety feel and gives it that very approachable style. Ready to drink immediately after bottling!

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is the pioneer in the red wine tradition of central Italy, especially the mountainous regions of Abruzzo. It has a purple color with purple highlights and intense aromas with notes of red fruit, tobacco, licorice and spices. The color of Jima Jack of Spades - Day 11 Red Dry is deep purple with intense aromas reminiscent of red wild cherries, raspberries, sweet spices and hints of purple flowers. In the mouth juicy red fruit and a sensation of sweet velvety roasted chestnuts. Lively acidity, moderate alcohol and soft tannins build a delicate structure. It can be enjoyed pleasantly chilled (13 to 15 C) accompanying cooked fish in red sauces or grilled tuna fillet.

The color of Jima Dame Rouge II - Day 7 Dry Red is deep crimson with purple highlights. Intensely aromatic with aromas reminiscent of red plums, creme de cassis, dates and dried rose petals. The tight tannic structure and juicy acidity beautifully balance the heat of the alcohol. In the mouth spicy, sweet spices, notes of leather and crushed roasted coffee beans. Long velvety finish and high aging potential. Excellent in combination with dates, walnuts and dark chocolate. At the Christmas table it will perfectly accompany the stuffed turkey.

"Miss De Bina - Day10" has a golden look. Its delicate aromas are reminiscent of lime, green apple and pineapple. In the mouth the fruit has a surprising phenolic structure and intensity, juicy sanguine, apricot, peaches and white flowers enlivened by lemony acidity. The stay with the fine lees has given an oily texture and tagerica vines depth and length. Combinations with fried mullet, shellfish and lobster pasta will give high-level culinary delights.

Jima Liberte - Day 9 Rose Dry is unfiltered rose with intensity and finesse. The color is pink with orange highlights. The aromas are subtle and persistent, reminiscent of apple, wild strawberries and raspberries. Notes of tropical fruit such as mango, jasmine and tones of vegetation complete the palette. Its structure is ethereal and the flavors linger for hours. Its acidity gives it edginess and balances its slightly oily texture creating an addictive tendency.
