Cuvee Signature Grand Cru reflects the true identity of the house. Its distinct aromatic structure is combined with the minerality of a great terroir. The nose combines aromas of stewed pears and peaches, with a touch of anise. The foam is creamy and smooth on the palate. Aromas of red and yellow fruit mingle with a minerality that brings out the underlying salinity.

This is a smooth and gourmet champagne. The first sensation on the nose is reminiscent of candied lemon and marzipan. It then opens with notes of peach and pear. Finally, the aromas of ripe and juicy fruits develop. The fruity roundness of Cuvee Brut Premier Cru "Alexandre" will seduce you.

Red wine aged for 6 months in large barrels. It has a bright red color. The nose reveals ripe red fruits, spices and a balsamic note. In the mouth it has a full body and mature tannins dominate. Aromas the same as the nose with great intensity and persistence. Enjoy it with focaccia, panzerotti stuffed with tomato, mozzarella and prosciutto and pork chops in sauce.

Light pink color. Small red fruits such as strawberry and cherry are distinct on the nose. On the palate it has a nice spicy note. Accompany seafood dishes such as prawns and crabs, fish, white meats and cheeses.

Kalkofen GG is located on the plateau above Deidesheim. 65 year old vines grow on sandstone and limestone. It ferments spontaneously in 500 liter oak barrels and matures in yeast for 1.5 years. It has aromas of clove and vanilla and is dense, smooth, creamy, hedonistic with a full body and extremely juicy on the palate. It is a wonderful and delicious wine that you will surely enjoy!

The Grainhubel GG is a southern slope with red sandstone and limestone on the ground. It ferments spontaneously in oak barrels of 500 liters and matures with the yeasts for 1.5 years. It is a charming, rich but refined Riesling, intense, spicy, salty with full body and concentration. Juicystonefruit aromas and a long aftertaste. It has aromas of juicy pome fruit and a long aftertaste and it will seduce you!

The Maushohle vineyard is sheltered in a large valley in Deidesheim with sandstone and limestone as the main ingredients in the soil. The 2021 Deidesheimer Maushohle Riesling is concentrated and cool due to the acidity. Juicy aromas of apple, stone fruit and fine spices and herbs. It was fully fermented in wood and matured on lees for one year. Closure with screw cap. It will seduce you!

Herrgottsacker is the northernmost location of Deidesheim and borders with Ungeheuer. The soil contains sandstone, limestone and basalt. An elegant and classic Riesling. It combines the elegance and cool spicy taste of Deidesheim and the juicy citrus aroma of Forst. Delicious and delightful wine!

An den Achtmorgen is the first GG Pinot Noir. The plot is the heart of the equestrian trail in the Ruppertsberg and with the dense planting of Burgundy Pinot varieties in 2009. The sandstone and limestone in the soil and the sheltered location at the foot of the Haardt make this plot excellent for Pinot Noir. Since 2018 it is now also classified as GG. The wine is bright ruby with slight violet highlights. Airy, noble and elegant with aromas of plum and cherry preserves on the nose, it continues on the palate classy and ethereal floating and carried atgreat length by finely woven tannins and cherry aromas.

White wine from the volcanic region of Etna in Sicily, from the ancient Carricante grape. The stay of three months on the lees gives a delicious wine with a bold style, with fresh aromas of white fruits and herbs. Rich in the mouth with lively acidity, fresh and salty, mineral that lingers through the finish.
