The authentic notes of San Lazzaro declare the excellence of the vineyard and its "cru".100% Sangiovese that ferments and ages in large French oak barrels for 18-20 months.

Mario Piccini opens his cellar doors, inviting you to taste his "Collezione Privata" Italian for "Private Collection". This selection has been meticulously curated by Mario Piccini himself and his signature on each bottle is a personal guarantee of the wine's quality. It consists of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Sangiovese. The wine is aged for 12 months in a combination of large barrels, barriques and second and third use tonneaux.

Since 2010 a new appellation has enriched the Tuscan wine scene "IGT Costa Toscana". The vineyards of the Costa Toscana premium range are 100% organic and are located in Maremma. Attractive golden color, with greenish highlights. Wonderful bouquet with strong floral notes, accompanied by interesting aromatic herbs. On the palate it shows all its round and mineral character, giving a slightly salty finish. This wine is amazing with grilled fish, fried calamari and fish soups. Also interesting as an aperitif.

The term Scalunera, in Sicilian means ladder, and refers to the terraced vineyards located on the steep slopes of Mount Etna, which have been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Harvesting is done manually. And it gives us wine with a salmon color, characteristic of Nerello Mascalese grapes. Expressive nose of small red fruits with subtle notes reminiscent of ripe peaches and passion fruit. On the palate it is fresh, with a medium body and a long mineral aftertaste. Versatile at the table, it accompanies seafood appetizers, tuna tartare, pasta such as amatriciana and light barbecue.

Gaia Optimus is the culmination of a multi-year quest for the ideal expression of Agiorgitiko. Sourced from a carefully selected vineyard in Koutsi, Nemea, this dry red wine is a unique blend, with Agiorgitiko as its core and a touch of a forgotten local variety. After 18 months of aging in oak barrels, the result is a wine with impressive aromatic depth and a superb velvety texture. Its taste is rich, with spicy notes and well-structured tannins. Serve at 16-18C. It pairs perfectly with rich meats (lamb, beef), game, and pasta with red meat sauces. Avoid very light dishes and acidic foods. This is a wine that promises an unforgettable experience over time!
