The label of the Nisoy Methi White Dry comes from the beautiful Syros, in which was created in 2018 by Petros Roussos, the winery Para ... Kopis. His purpose was the production of quality wines from the Cycladic varieties of their place, such as Serifiotiko, Roditis and Kountoura, thus generously offering consumers a taste of the traditions and aromas of its place.

The Nikolou Botanic Base Retsina White Dry is created by 100% Savvatiano of the Nikolou winery. The grapes are harvested from a 20-year-old, cup-shaped vine of SE Attica. After going through the process of vinification and static extraction for 48 hours in stainless steel tanks, the Aleppo Pine resin will be added and then it will go through alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. This produces an ideal resin-based wine for second fermentation in the bottle.

Assyrtiko is an island variety, but it has managed and has adapted perfectly to the Attic vineyard. Nikolou Assyrtiko Attiki White Dry is produced exclusively from this variety and proves to us that it can give us high quality wines in any soil that can be adapted. The grapes will undergo alcoholic fermentation, with selected yeasts, in spring tanks and temperature controlled.

Charites Petres Red Dry wine is one more label from Konstantaras Winery. The labels of this winery are produced from grapes that are organically grown in the vineyards of Agia Triada of Polygyros. White varieties such as Alexandria Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, Malagouzia, Viogner and Assyrtiko as well as red varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Agiorgitiko and Syrah are the ones that are cultivated. The winemaking takes place in the privately owned facilities of the new modern family winery in Portaria of Halkidiki.

Charites Petres Red Semi-Sweet is anothel label from Konstantaras Winery. The labels of this winery are produced from grapes that are organically grown in the vineyards of Agia Triada of Polygyros. The special feature of the winery's vineyards is that they are under organic cultivation. In 2004 a new state-of-the-art winery was established within the vineyards. All phases from production to bottling take place in the vertically integrated modern unit guided by the love of wine and its philosophy!
