The history of the winery begins sometime in 1906, by Emmanuel Gavalas, who began to plant the first vineyards. Since then, the vineyards are passed down from generation to generation and the love for wine passes with them.

Charites Petres White Dry wine is another label from Konstantaras Winery. The wines of this winery are produced from grapes that are organically grown in the vineyards of Agia Triada of Polygyros. White varieties such as Alexandria Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, Malagouzia, Viogner and Assyrtiko as well as red varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Agiorgitiko and Syrah are the ones that are cultivated. The winemaking takes place in the privately owned facilities of the new modern family winery in Portaria of Halkidiki.

Memoro really emerged as a cuvee wine, a blend of different grapes from different parts of Italy coming from different vintages. Montepulciano from Abruzzo, Nero d'Avola from Sicily, Merlot from the cooler climate of Veneto and partially dried Primitivo grapes from Puglia. This wine was named Memoro, which in Latin means "I remember" and refers to the Italian pride of the Piccini family. This is a warm and modern style wine, with notes of dark cherries, figs and coffee in a delicate oak frame. It is generous on the palate, revealing a bright fruity character. Concentrated with excellent structure, yet harmonious and smooth and a long, dense finish. Accompany it with barbecue, roasts, game, goat or lamb.

The different origins of the grapes give Memoro Bianco its balanced taste. Viognier with all its warmth, linked to the region brings the wonderful structure. Chardonnay from cooler climates exudes apricot and apple aromas on the nose, lending freshness to the palate, supported by the delicate floral notes of Vermentino and sweet pear of Pecorino. Summarizing white and yellow stone fruit aromas, with tropical notes. Refreshing on the palate, with a remarkable concentration of fruit and notes of spiced pears that give a lively finish. Serve with fish-based dishes, pasta or rice with creamy sauces, poultry, seafood and hard or soft cheeses.

Light, fresh and bright, with aromas of raspberry, red currant and subtle notes of wild mint. Medium-bodied and well-structured, with flavors of ripe strawberry, blackberry and red cherry. Balanced and delicious rose.A versatile wine, excellent as an aperitif or with light summer meals, poultry or savory seafood dishes.

Bright saturated straw-yellow hue. Excellent impact on the nose with complex and well-blended wild flower and ripe fruit (apple and banana) bouquet. Strong personality, long, pleasantly fresh and lingering on the palate.
