Alta Vista's fresh white Single Vineyard Olympe is aromatic but not overwhelming. Typical Torrontes, notes of melon, green apple, lime, orange blossom, jasmine, lychee and some white pepper. Dry with medium body and very crisp acidity. It will accompany wonderful raw seafood, ceviche, spicy dishes, vegetarian recipes, varieties of cheeses and cured meats, as well as chicken and pork dishes.
"Heiligenstein" is the best known and most traditional Riesling vineyard in Lower Austria's Kamptal and was the first in the region to be mentioned by name and recorded on maps. Austrian traditional wineries classify it as "Prime Site".
This wine is aged for 10 months on the lees in 600 liter wooden barrels and another 10 months on the fine lees in large wooden barrels before being bottled unfiltered. It has a rich, golden yellow color, aromas of candied fruit, dried apricots and nectarines. This is a wine with an extremely rich body and structure, very tasty, with balanced acidity, which is an excellent accompaniment to spicy dishes and curry recipes.
Single Vineyard is the true expression of each Malbec Terroir. It comes from the Las Compuertas area, Lujan de Cuyo. It matures 100% in French oak barrels for 12 months -2/3 new and 1/3 second use-. On the nose there are aromas of wild fruits such as blueberries or blackberries, sweet and spicy notes such as cocoa and cardamom. On the palate it is full, balanced, having a juicy and wild aggression, but not excessive. Fine grains, tannins, long and persistent aftertaste. We suggest enjoying it plain or accompanied by semi-hard cheeses, but also with red or white meats, pasta with red sauces or grilled tuna.
