Staffilo BIO Pinot Grigio is an organic wine whose vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks together with the skins of the grapes, at a controlled temperature. It has a straw color and fruity aromas that leave notes of peach, apricot, tropical fruits and wild flowers. On the palate it is dry, full and velvety and its taste is pleasantly persistent. This wine is ideal with risotto, poultry and all kinds of dishes containing fish.

The Oreino Merlot 10 Red Dry Wine of Kanakaris winery, comes from mountainous vineyards on the slopes of Egialia, whose grapes are ideal for the production of fresh red wines, Mediterranean style. Due to the location of the vineyards, this wine offers a feast of aromas and flavors and the creation of intense color and soft tannins.

The special feature of the winery's vineyards is that they are under organic cultivation. In 2004 a new state-of-the-art winery was established within the vineyards. All phases from production to bottling take place in the vertically integrated modern unit guided by the love of wine and its philosophy!

At the foot of Mount Koutsi, in Nemea, we find the vineyards of this amazing wine. For the production of 10 Agiorgitiko Red Dry a careful harvest of Agiorgitiko grapes is done and after the process aging is followed for 10 months in oak barrels. Finally, it is bottled in an inert gas atmosphere.

Efivos Red Dry BIO is a red dry organic wine that comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. The varieties Mandilari, Kotsifali and Syrah are grown in the vineyards of Monofatsi in Heraklion, Crete in the vineyard "Kremnolia".

The Aidani Black variety from the Moraitis winery in Paros will be cultivated carefully.

The label of the Nisoy Methi Rose Dry comes from the beautiful Syros, in which was created in 2018 by Petros Roussos, the winery Para... Kopis. His purpose was the production of quality wines from the Cycladic varieties of their place, such as Serifiotiko, Roditis and Kountoura, thus generously offering consumers a taste of the traditions and aromas of its place.

Merlot Red Dry Nikolou is a red, dry, varietal wine, created exclusively from the Merlot variety. Grapes with phenolic ripening, in order to fully develop the variety, are selected and dried with the mildest mechanical treatment, while their extraction lasts 20 days and is done at 24°C. After the juice is separated, it is transferred to oak barrels to complete the alcoholic fermentation, in a controlled oxygenation environment and then the wine is transferred to a stabilization tank. Finally it is bottled and remains in the basement of the winery for 3 months in order to mature.

From Nemea in the Peloponnese comes the Agiorgitiko variety, which will be processed perfectly at the Nikolou winery to give us the Agiorgitiko Nikolou Red Dry. After the necessary procedures, the juice will be put in oak barrels for about 3 months so that the fermentation is completed under conditions of controlled microoxygenation. Then the wine is tartarically stabilized and remains for 2 months for static clarification, while its bottling is done without filtration and with free flow. Once bottled it will remain in the cellar of the winery so that it matures and evolves.
