HEART: A Wine from the Heart. HEART is an elegant white wine, a harmonious blend of Savatiano and Malagousia from the vineyards of Attica. The pre-fermentation cold soak at low temperatures gives it a unique character, highlighting the best elements of both grape varieties. With a pale-yellow color, it offers a rich bouquet of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach) and herbs. The palate is full-bodied, with a pleasant richness and crisp acidity, while the finish is enhanced by delicate fruit aromas. Serve at 8-12C. It pairs wonderfully with seafood, risotto, white meats, fatty fish, and oily stews. Avoid dishes with very acidic sauces that may overpower its delicate balance.

Produced exclusively from selected plots in Ucles (Castile, Spain) at an altitude of 750 m. The high-altitude vineyards are sustainably and organically grown. An elegant and sophisticated wine that shows the intensity of the fruit, the purity of the aromas and the acidity of the high-altitude vineyards. A rich, juicy red wine, with a deep ruby color, strong and expressive aromas, which combine ripe berry notes with touches of pepper. Deep garnet colour with powerful and complex aromas combining ripe berry notes with some cassis and a touch of bell pepper. The oak ageing offers hints of leather, spice and vanilla. An Rose Semi-Dry BIO is a semi-dry organic wine, which comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. It is created from the varieties Kotsifali and Cabernet Sauvignon, which grow at an altitude of 400 meters in the vineyards of Monofatsi, in Heraklion, Crete, and specifically in the vineyard "Frangospito".

Gavala Vilana Lefkos Xiros is a wonderful label with a crystal white color, aromatic complexity with hints of citrus and freshly cut peach. Its taste is rich and fruity, with delightful acidity!

Monolithos White is a refined blend of Malagousia (40%), Assyrtiko (30%) & Moschato (30%). It comes from mountainous Corinthia vineyards (850-950 m.) with 30-year-old vines, ensuring low yield concentration. With a pale white-gold color, it offers a bouquet of exotic and sweet tropical fruits (banana, pineapple, mango). The palate is full-bodied, with the aromas echoing the nose, balanced by refreshing acidity. Serve at 11-12C. It pairs ideally with fish, shellfish, white meats, and creamy pasta sauces.
