It is a fruity wine with character, straw yellow color and moderate intensity. This wine is made from organically grown Glera and Pinot Noir grapes and vinified using the Charmat method. Staffilo Prosecco Rose has a light powder-pink color with many fine bubbles that enhance its brightness. With the first sip, elegant floral aromas of rose petal, peony and fruits such as raspberry, lychee and papaya are noticeable. It is delicate on the palate, refined, fresh, crisp and balanced. Perfect as an aperitif but also suitable for the whole meal, especially with fresh salmon, crayfish and crabs. Ideal with tempura prawns and salad with fennel and orange.
