It is a mature and round red wine with intense rubies and violet hues. Aromas of plum, blueberry, cedar, chocolate, cherry and general red berries with spicy notes of white pepper immediately make their presence felt. In the mouth it develops harmoniously between the fruity sweetness and the salty freshness that possesses. This fine wine pays tribute to the painter Girolamo del Pacchia, whose breathtaking art was considered a treasure of grace and refinement. It consists of the Sangiovese, Syrah and Merlot varieties. Each variety is vinified separately in small metal tanks and matured for 6 months in barrique (small French oak barrels).

The Harmony of Varieties! Domaine Florian Terzetto 2018 is a brilliant, dry white wine from the Epanomi peninsula. It's a perfect blend of Malagousia and Assyrtiko, where the two varieties are co-fermented to seamlessly integrate the rich aromas of Malagousia with the crisp acidity of Assyrtiko.With a vibrant green-to-yellow color, it has a complex bouquet of citrus, peach, melon, and hints of flint. The palate is full-bodied and well-balanced, with a long finish that reveals notes of almond blossom and hazelnut. Serve at 10-12C. It pairs perfectly with poultry in white sauce, grilled fish, mushroom risotto, and pasta. Avoid sweets and very spicy dishes. This wine is a testament to the harmony of great grapes.

Mountain vineyards from the areas of Lefkes and Thapsana, are strictly selected by the people of the Moraitis winery. The grapes of the Monemvasia variety will be carefully selected from them, to give us the Paros Barrel White Dry, which will be fermented in French oak, will undergo periodic stirring of the wine lees and then will remain in new French oak barrels for 5 months.
