Anastasia Fragkou Assyrtiko Barrel Aged is a special wine from 100% Assyrtiko, sourced from the vineyards of Attica. The aging process in oak barrels transforms the classic variety, giving it a fuller body, a creamy texture, and stunning complexity. With a pale-yellow color, its initial lemon aromas evolve into more complex notes of honey and dried fruits, with subtle hints of vanilla and nuts. The acidity remains, but it becomes more harmonious. Serve at 11-13C. It pairs wonderfully with fatty fish (salmon), lobster with butter sauce, and white meats with creamy sauces. Avoid very spicy dishes and very acidic sauces. This is a wine that offers a sophisticated and rewarding experience with every sip!

Avdiros Red Dry wine has a deep red color, medium intensity in the aromas that come mainly from red fruits, licorice, spices and smoky notes. Its taste is slightly dry and its finish has a medium duration.

The label of the Onore Sweet White comes from the beautiful Syros, in which was created in 2018 by Petros Roussos, the winery Para ... Kopis. His purpose was the production of quality wines from the Cycladic varieties of their place, such as Serifiotiko, Roditis and Kountoura, thus generously offering consumers a taste of the traditions and aromas of its place.

Apostata is made from the best, old vineyards of Castile. Because these vineyards are located in different regions, the wine cannot have an official geographical indication. Apostata is a joint venture with Peninsula partner Swiss winemaker and importer Matthias Tobler. Intense and precise aromas, with great clarity of fruit, reminiscent of gooseberries and blackberries, mixed with subtle spicy notes from the French and American barrels. Full, juicy and lively on the palate, with fine tannins and a satisfyingly dry finish. Excellent with lamb, pasta, grilled meats and tapas.

Anastasia Fragkou Merlot-Syrah is a robust, dry red wine, a balanced blend of Merlot and Syrah from the vineyards of Pikermi, Attica. Aging for 6-8 months in French oak barrels gives it richness, structure, and a tender sensation of warmth. With a deep ruby color, it offers complex aromas of ripe red fruits, vanilla, and spices. The palate is full-bodied, with well-structured tannins and a long finish that leaves notes of pepper and tobacco. Serve ideally at 15-18C. It pairs perfectly with BBQ, red meats, game birds, and hearty stews. Avoid very light dishes and very spicy foods. This is a wine that offers a warm and passionate experience!

Garalis Terra Ambera White Dry is created 100% by Muscat of Alexandria. Aromas of quince, lemon zest, dough, yeast, porcini mushroom and some herbs. In the mouth, the balanced, discreet acidity with the restrained alcohol, the full body, the dense structure and the long aftertaste are elements of balance and expressiveness. An earthy and oily wine, full of richness and character. Garalis Terra Ambera White Dry, with its exuberant character, is an ideal accompaniment to oily, pelagic fish. Recipes such as baked fagri with onions and baby potatoes or grilled tuna fillet in orange sauce will pair nicely with the wine. Also ideal for vegetarian delights such as a Mediterranean vegetable tart or a ripe gruyere with sweet and sour citrus chutney.

La Tour Pinot Blanc is a 100% Pinot Blanc wine that comes from the medieval village of Riquewihr in Alsace. It has a clear, pale yellow color and its fermentation takes place in stainless tanks and oak barrels. On the nose you will find white fruits and toasted notes. In the mouth it is round, supple and a little bitter at the end, which makes it even more delicious and complex. It is combined with various types of appetizers such as salads, delicatessen, exotic recipes, slightly spicy food and oysters. You can keep it in your cellar for up to 6 years.

"Tralcetto" Abruzzo Pecorino has a medium intensity straw yellow color with slight golden highlights and is aromatic and powerful leaving notes of yellow flowers, fruits and herbs such as thyme and mint. On the palate it has medium to full body as well as balance, depth, freshness and salinity. It is ideal with salty and spicy appetizers, as well as pasta dishes and risotto with strong spices. Try it in combination with oriental cuisine and you won't miss it!
