In order to create the Offley Ruby Rubinrot, the traditional method of making Porto wine is used. Carefully hand-picked grapes will undergo the necessary procedures and stay for a few months in Douro, Portugal, before traveling to VNGaia and staying in oak barrels to ripen.

Garalis Terra Ambera Deep Skin White Dry is created 100% from Muscat of Alexandria. Aromas with intensity, richness and complexity. They are reminiscent of dried apricots, yellow-fleshed peach, loquat, quince, Portobello mushroom and blonde raisin. In the mouth we feel moderate acidity, light tannins, restrained alcohol, rich body and long aftertaste. Garalis Terra Ambera Deep Skin White Dry goes perfectly with white meats. Il Poggio Aglianico is a compact and bright wine with purple-red color and ruby ??highlights. Very typical Alianico nose, intense, quite complex and delicate, with dominant aromas of small ripe red fruits such as plum, amarena cherry, notes of dark chocolate, vanilla and some smoky notes due to the short passage in barrique (small oak barrel). A captivating wine with a wonderfully expressive nose, aromas of orange peel, quince jelly, dried apricot, frankincense, sage, mountain tea and flower potpourri. It gives our mouth an umami character with saltiness and intensity. Garalis Terra Ambera Amphora White Dry opulence with tannins and rich body invites pairing with rich white dishes such as baked lamb, Cretan chicken and butter pilaf and beef carpaccio with truffle oil. Garalis Terra Ambera Amphora White Dry will also provide excellent matches with vegetarian dishes such as barley with porcini mushrooms, but also vegan options, such as crispy falafel in Arabic pita with tahini sauce.

Gavalas Frangospito Red Dry BIO is full of aromas of dried fruits, spices, coffee and vanilla. It has a well-structured mouth, with gentle tannins and a rich aftertaste. Before bottling it will go through a long pre-fermentation extraction at low temperatures, then classic red vinification at graduated temperatures and will be aged for 30 months, of which 18 in French oak barrels. You can enjoy it now, but also 10-15 years after its harvest. It accompanies red meats, grilled vegetables, game, spicy sauces and hard cheeses.

A Journey to Epanomi! Savor Domaine Florian Sauvignon Blanc 2020, a white wine from the Epanomi peninsula that brings the sea's freshness to your glass. Fermentation at low temperatures and 5 months of aging on fine lees (sur lie) give it depth and complexity while maintaining its vibrant character. Cauru Etna Rosso has a dark red color and is produced from the Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio varieties. It is fragrant with dominant aromas of raspberry, cherries, violets, dates, cedar notes and flowers on the nose. In the mouth it has a medium body with firm tannins and the palate shows volcanic freshness with cherry jam, citrus and pomegranate. The aftertaste is long and lively gathering the energy of Etna. Enjoy it with grilled tuna, roast duck or turkey as well as vegetarian dishes based on wild mushrooms, aubergines or medium-aged cheeses.

The Gewurztraminer from Alsace is recommended to us with a golden yellow color and elegant notes of lychee and rose. It is minimally aggressive on the palate, gourmand and crisp and despite its sugars is well balanced, with notes of rose. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany some strong cheese and spicy Asian dishes such as duck. It ages easily up to 8-10 years.
