Gaia "S" is a voluminous and robust wine from two emblematic varieties of PGI Peloponnese: Agiorgitiko and Syrah. Its 12-month maturation in oak barrels enhances its richness, adding complexity without masking its authentic varietal character. On the nose and palate, aromas and flavors of ripe black fruits, spices, chocolate, and tobacco dominate. With a full-bodied, velvety texture and a persistent finish, this wine is the ideal companion for red meat dishes like grilled steak or roast lamb. Serve at 16-18C. Strictly selected vineyards, over 80 years old, which will be carefully selected from the areas of Lefkes, Thapsana and Stavros, will give us the varieties Mandilaria and Monemvasia. At a rate of 75-25 they will combine harmoniously and create the Paros Reserve Red Dry.

Delicious white wine from Viura grapes at an altitude of 420-600m and a vineyard with an average age of 50 years. Each vintage ferments and matures differently. Norton Barrel Select Malbec expresses Mendoza's heritage, cultivated since 1895 at the Andes foothills. This high-altitude wine (950m) presents a deep red-violet hue and aromas of plum and fig with a sweet sensation. Peninsula Skin Contact is an orange wine from Castile. The skins remained with the must for 149 days to add complexity and texture. A light filtration before bottling contributes to the purity of the aromas and prevents future spoilage. The aroma is very complex and develops in the glass, combining primary notes of stone fruit, orange peel, grapefruit and ginger. A very versatile and gastronomic wine that combines the lightness and delicious freshness of the variety on the palate with depth and a long, tannic aftertaste. Gastronomically, it accompanies almost everything from grilled meats, stews, but also platters with cheeses and premium charcuterie.

Vourvoukeli Mavroudi Red Dry is created through the micro-oxygenation process, which takes place during the maturation phase in oak barrels and results in a wine with soft aromas of red fruits and notes of vanilla. Purple in color, with aromas such as cherry, strawberry and aromatic herbs. Dry, with good structure, mouth, good acidity, with rich integrated tannins. Intense and long-lasting finish.
