Andreas Kubach MW is one of the owners and responsible for Bideona wines. Rioja S4MG0 is produced from grapes at an altitude of 520-550m and aged 50 years. Production is at 9,494 bottles. Samaniego produces some of the most sought after Rioja Alavesa grapes. The wines are rich, powerfully framed with fresh acidity and firm yet velvety tannins. The fruit tends toward sour cherry but with mint present and a spicy complexity. The wines have the structure and depth to age beautifully for decades, but also show remarkable grace in their youth. Enjoy it with premium cuts of veal, game and braised recipes. Jancis Robinson rated it an amazing 17.5/20.

Tempranillo at an altitude of 500m from a vineyard with an average age of 50 years. Small production at 6,399 bottles. Bideona Villabuena shows precise and clean aromas of ripe blackcurrants and blackberries, fine tannins with an amazing flow on the palate, even when young. Pair with quality cuts of beef, game and recipes with pork or lamb. Acclaimed Jancis Robinson rated it 17.5 out of 20.

San Lazzaro is the wonderful synthesis of the Sangiovese bond and its "cru" of origin, immersed in the magnificent hills of Vagliagli, in the village of Castelnuovo Berardenga, area producing elegant wines. The authentic notes of San Lazzaro declare the excellence of the vineyard and its "cru".100% Sangiovese that ferments and ages in large French oak barrels for 18-20 months.

"Miss De Bina - Day10" has a golden look. Its delicate aromas are reminiscent of lime, green apple and pineapple. In the mouth the fruit has a surprising phenolic structure and intensity, juicy sanguine, apricot, peaches and white flowers enlivened by lemony acidity. The stay with the fine lees has given an oily texture and tagerica vines depth and length. Combinations with fried mullet, shellfish and lobster pasta will give high-level culinary delights.

Varvaglione Papale Oro is an impressively generous and rich wine with an intense red color. Aromas of fruit jam, black cherry, cassis, plum smoke, spices and a round and playful mouth are some of the elements that characterize it. The aromas of the nose continue in the mouth leaving notes of dark chocolate, licorice, mint and coffee. The aftertaste is long and a little sweet and reminds of caramel and Turkish delight. Accompany it with hearty dishes, grilled and stewed meats, game, charcuterie and meat-based first courses. It is also excellent with soups and cheeses such as Pecorino Romano.

Tselepos Santorini Kanava Xrysou is one of the labels of Tselepos to open new horizons of wine activity, but also the vision of the Chrysos family, which is to revive Kanava and utilize its privately owned vineyards.

A wine that has come from a manual harvest and has been aged in oak barrels with 10% new barrels. On the nose, this wine reveals aromas of pepper and red fruit jam. In the mouth it is balanced, rich and intense, offering to its long finish very good quality tannins. A wine with character, always aging for 6 to 8 years. Jima Liberte - Day 9 Rose Dry is unfiltered rose with intensity and finesse. The color is pink with orange highlights.
