Very concentrated and dense, this wine presents a deep red color. The nose is intense with aromas of black fruits such as blackberry, blackcurrant, spices, pepper and hints of cedar. The "Dentelles" appeared thanks to the pressure between the Pyrenees and the Alps. The nights are cooler and the ripening of the grapes usually comes at the end of September. Vinification takes place in stainless steel and concrete tanks and aging in oak barrels. It has a deep red grenache color and aromas typical of Grenache with ripe black fruits, raspberry. It is a powerful Gigondas, but harmonious and well balanced with a long finish and hints of spice and minerals.
