The Schoenenbourg hillside lies north of Riquewihr. Riesling is the dominant variety on this slope and gives a rich and complex wine, vinified in stainless steel tanks and large oak barrels. It has a straw yellow color with beautiful silver highlights, excellent finesse on the nose, aromas of ripe citrus fruits, passion fruit and lemon zest. In the mouth we find the fruity aromas of the nose as well as notes of caramel, apricot and peach. Goes well with good fish in sauce, scallops, white meats, pasta dishes and soft cheeses.

The Tselepos winery was founded in 1989, when Giannis and Amalia, equipped with their passion and vision, began to make quality wine and something new in the field of Greek wine. Today they can be proud after they managed to make their dreams come true and offer a lot in the field of wine. Tselepos Kokkinomylos Red Dry is a red wine with a velvety taste from the Tselepos estate, created 100% from the Merlot variety.

This wine has a deep and intense red color and aromas of fresh black fruits and roasted herbs. In the mouth, the richness of the tannins harmonizes with the smoothness of the wine. The finish is long, with aromas of spices and licorice. Drink it between 1 and 10 years. It will go very well with red meats, roast lamb, duck, tuna carpaccio, grilled lobster and cheeses.

Elegant Riesling Kabinett with captivating aromas reminiscent of white-fleshed peach and white flowers. In the mouth it is balanced, like all wines from Weingut Gunther Steinmetz, with concentration, acidity and aftertaste at an excellent level. Enjoy it with soft cheeses, salmon, seafood, shellfish, grilled chicken, pork and fusion cuisine recipes.

The Power of Time! Domaine Florian Syrah Barrique 2015 is a robust dry red wine, 100% Syrah, from an organic vineyard in Epanomi. Aged for 24 months in oak barrels and at least 12 months in the bottle, it gains unique complexity and a powerful character. With a deep purple color, it offers intense aromas of sour cherry, black currant, and dried fruits, with notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, and spices. The palate is full-bodied, with well-integrated tannins and refreshing acidity, leading to a long, spicy finish. Serve at 16-18C after decanting for 20-30 minutes. It pairs perfectly with grilled steak, roast beef, and game. Avoid very light dishes and acidic sauces. This wine is a true testament to the elegance of time!

Afianes Litani is an exceptional dry white wine from the indigenous Begleri grape cultivated in Ikaria. Sourced from old, organic vineyards, this wine offers a unique experience. With its slightly cloudy, transparent appearance and rich legs, it reveals its 13.5% alcohol content. Aromas of white mushrooms, stone fruits, quince, and butterscotch fill the nose and palate, while its sweet finish and balanced acidity make it particularly appealing. Perfect for a romantic dinner or a girls' night out, this wine pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes. Enjoy it with lemon lamb, grilled fish, seafood, rich cheeses, pasta with white sauces, and white meats. For the best experience, serve it at 10-12°C.

A Gewurztraminer from the famous Grand Cru Sporen. With a clear, pale yellow color and vinification in stainless tanks and oak barrels, this wine is recommended to us. When it opens, aromatically, you will distinguish rose, lychee and peach and in the mouth, sweetness and acidity in perfect balance. It is a very well structured wine with a smooth and long aftertaste that leaves the feeling of passion fruit. Enjoy it as an aperitif, with some white or chocolate dessert. It ages comfortably for 10 years.

La Tour Vendanges Tardives has a deep golden color and aromas of candied exotic fruits and honey. In the mouth, the refreshing acidity balances the rich and sugary palate. This wine is ideal with fruit desserts, ice cream, blue cheeses and foie gras. You can keep it for up to 15 years.

Beautiful foam formation that lasts a long time and develops beautifully. Yeast notes, along with aromas of plum cake and cherry tart. This is a wine that shows its strength on the palate, with subtle fruit, white mandolato, hazelnut cake, very pleasant mouthfeel and wonderfully smooth acidity. It's so close to a champagne!
