You don't call it light rose! Aromatically you will detect fresh fruits such as strawberry and cherry along with a hint of minerality. Taste-wise, the mouth follows the nose with aromas of red fruits, medium body and cool aftertaste. Enjoy it cool with pizza and pasta with red sauces, oily and boiled sausages.

Garalis Retsina Rose is created from 95% Muscat of Alexandria and 5% Limnio. A unique combination of aromas combining red fruits, quince, red cherries and soy sauce with mint, resin and machete. Accentuated acidity, light tannins, restrained alcohol, full volume and long aftertaste. A unique wine that brings in the same glass the popular taste of retsina with the salty umami character, giving an original wine of natural vinification. Garalis Retsina Rose is an ideal match for the ouzeri, next to calamari, fried sardines and saganaki shrimps. The most adventurous wine lovers who love sushi, however, will be even more rewarded as the strong salty aromas and the characteristic 'soy sauce' character of the wine will make it an ideal companion next to Spicy Tuna rolls with tuna, Shrimp Tempura rolls with breaded shrimp, avocado and eel sauce or a classic Alaska roll with smoked salmon, cucumber, avocado and asparagus. It is necessary to accompany soy sauce with washabi so that the taste dialog is successful.
