Manoella Douro White comes from a 55-year-old vineyard in Douro, planted with Gouveio, Viosinho, Rabigato, and Codega do Larinho. Hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed and slowly fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures. Aged sur lies for 8 months, it gains elegance and depth. Aromas of white peach, spring flowers, and fresh lime. On the palate, it is round and almost creamy, with bright acidity and remarkable balance. A refined white wine for those who seek purity and sophistication. Perfect with fish, seafood, sushi,risotto, vegetables, light and fresh dishes!
