Andreas Kubach MW is one of the owners and responsible for Bideona wines. Rioja S4MG0 is produced from grapes at an altitude of 520-550m and aged 50 years. Production is at 9,494 bottles. Samaniego produces some of the most sought after Rioja Alavesa grapes. The wines are rich, powerfully framed with fresh acidity and firm yet velvety tannins. The fruit tends toward sour cherry but with mint present and a spicy complexity. The wines have the structure and depth to age beautifully for decades, but also show remarkable grace in their youth. Enjoy it with premium cuts of veal, game and braised recipes. Jancis Robinson rated it an amazing 17.5/20.

Delicate strawberry aromas enhanced by ripe red fruits and supported by a light floral note. Refreshing on the palate with fine, silky tannins accented by summer fruit and citrus aftertaste. Made to be enjoyed at the peak of its vibrancy and freshness, we recommend drinking within 2-3 years of the vintage date. Pair it with a light and crisp Caesar salad, recipes with shrimp, crayfish or even grilled white meats.

The wine takes its name from the extension of its vineyard of origin, highlighting the close bond that binds each bottle of the estate and each individual vineyard. The varieties Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, the winemaker Pasquale Presutto and the Castelnuovo Berardenga region give us this wine.

San Lazzaro is the wonderful synthesis of the Sangiovese bond and its "cru" of origin, immersed in the magnificent hills of Vagliagli, in the village of Castelnuovo Berardenga, area producing elegant wines. The authentic notes of San Lazzaro declare the excellence of the vineyard and its "cru".100% Sangiovese that ferments and ages in large French oak barrels for 18-20 months.

Wonderful Prosecco with a straw yellow color and greenish highlights. Aromatically it is fruity, with aromas reminiscent of yellow apple, peach blossom and acacia. The taste is pleasantly fresh and fruity with a medium and round body and the aftertaste is long and delicious. Enjoy it as an aperitif, with appetizers, cool salads but also with the whole meal if it consists of seafood, fish, chicken and pork.

This silky and elegant Pinot Noir, with cherry aromas, is balanced, spicy and delicately fruity at the same time. It has a light red garnet color, with a ruby reflection. Very aromatic with red fruits (cherry, strawberry, blackberry), black fruits (blackberries) and some spicy notes. In the mouth it is round with soft and elegant tannins. Light and lively. Enjoy it cool with white meats in sauce and grilled red meats.

Yellow-gold color. Rich nose with mineral notes, as well with tints of green apple & citrus combined by light notes of noble barrel. Generous mouth overflowing with the dominant fresh acidity and the long aftertaste. Rich and explosive foaming with long duration. Accompanies oily fish and slightly smoky, shellfish, exotic fruits such as pineapple mango and yellow fruits but also soft cheeses.

This rich and elegant Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru ideally complements a cocktail party or a gastronomic meal. Its complexity proves a match for the finest delicacies. The colour is a rich crystalline gold. The nose opens up with notes of fig, prune and pineapple. On tasting, the wine is rich, fleshy and velvety. It is beautifully vivacious as well as vinous. It combines fruity roundness with minerality, leaving a hint of sea salt. Its taste is remarkably long and its freshness stupefying for a blanc de noirs.

An expressive bouquet of lime zest, punchy herbs and gooseberry. The fleshy fruit core is focussed by a backbone of lively acidity, carrying classic varietal characters to a lengthy finish. The combination of the fresh acidity and delicate palate of this wine will lend itself well to seafoods and salads. Try alongside oysters with a mild vinaigrette, or a crab and artichoke salad.
