White Wine

The Nikolou Botanic Base Retsina White Dry is created by 100% Savvatiano of the Nikolou winery. The grapes are harvested from a 20-year-old, cup-shaped vine of SE Attica. After going through the process of vinification and static extraction for 48 hours in stainless steel tanks, the Aleppo Pine resin will be added and then it will go through alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. This produces an ideal resin-based wine for second fermentation in the bottle.

The label of the Nisoy Methi White Dry comes from the beautiful Syros, in which was created in 2018 by Petros Roussos, the winery Para ... Kopis. His purpose was the production of quality wines from the Cycladic varieties of their place, such as Serifiotiko, Roditis and Kountoura, thus generously offering consumers a taste of the traditions and aromas of its place.

It is carefully collected, undergoes pre-fermentation extraction and fermentation at low temperatures before maturing for 8 weeks in its wine sludges, in order to offer us this special label, the Estate Assyrtiko BIO S.V. Sarakiniko White.

Delicious and charming Malagouzia with an intense yellow color. Distinct fruity notes of peach, floral aromas of jasmine and botanical hints of chamomile and other aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is cool, with balanced acidity, delicate and fruity aftertaste with lime and pineapple. It accompanies Asian dishes, salads, dishes cooked with fruit and white cheeses.

It comfortably accompanies white cheeses, green salads, boiled vegetables and it is also ideal as an aperitif.

Afianes Natural Sparkling is a rare sparkling wine from Ikaria, made from the local Begleri grape. Its bright gold color and elegant bubbles, forming a persistent "cordon" in the glass, are a perfect invitation to a unique experience. The unique taste and rich aroma come from its underwater fermentation and aging process. The wine's multi-layered and creamy character, with a long and complex finish, makes it ideal for special occasions or a seafood night. It pairs beautifully with coquilles St. Jacques, fresh oysters, and scallops with lemon. For the best experience, serve it chilled at 6-8°C.

Monolithos White is a refined blend of Malagousia (40%), Assyrtiko (30%) & Moschato (30%). It comes from mountainous Corinthia vineyards (850-950 m.) with 30-year-old vines, ensuring low yield concentration. With a pale white-gold color, it offers a bouquet of exotic and sweet tropical fruits (banana, pineapple, mango). The palate is full-bodied, with the aromas echoing the nose, balanced by refreshing acidity. Serve at 11-12C. It pairs ideally with fish, shellfish, white meats, and creamy pasta sauces. Avoid heavy, fatty red meats and sweet desserts. A vibrant wine that truly captures the spirit of the Greek mountains!

Its light gold color is complemented by a complex, sophisticated bouquet of stone fruits, apricot, grapefruit, and white flowers. On the palate, it is luscious, with refreshing acidity and mineral hints. A wine perfectly suited for new explorers and an essential listing for trade professionals. Serve at 8-10°C.
