"La Fontaine" is a perfect area to produce the wonderful white Chateauneuf du Pape. The plots have a clay/sand and limestone texture and face north. On the nose you will find citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit) on a mineral background (flint, flint). In the mouth it is fresh, with a beautiful aromatic finish.
