White Wine

Fiano is an Italian white grape variety grown mainly in the Campania region of southern Italy. An Italian white wine with a rich flavor. Charming aromas of citrus, white peach, notes of macadamia nuts and honey. In the mouth it has a medium body, an elegant white wine. Delicious Fiano that you will enjoy with grilled or steamed fish, shrimp, seafood risotto, pizzas with mushrooms or white cheeses, baked chicken, gruyere and salts with nuts, fruits and cheese.

Il Poggio Falanghina White, has an intense straw yellow color, complex aromas with ripe exotic fruits, intense notes of white flowers, lemons and apples. It is recommended to us with a rich, harmonious and persistent taste, balanced in the mouth giving a fresh but at the same time salty final sensation. This is a wine with excellent balance, acidity and smoothness. Accompany appetizers of the Mediterranean tradition, simple recipes with white fish and shellfish, grilled shrimp or squid, pasta with vegetables, but also salads with garlic, capers and even soups. Also excellent as an aperitif.

Il Poggio Coda Di Volpe has a straw yellow color with greenish highlights and a nose reminiscent of notes of elderberry, apricot, grapefruit peel, lime, melon, wild flowers, white pear, tarragon, wild fennel and mineral notes. Its clean and fresh taste is characterized by a strong salty note and a clear sense of citrus. Enjoy it with grilled sea bass, pasta with white sauce, polenta, seafood such as baked crabs, vegetable risotto and fresh cheeses.

Wonderful dry Riesling from the Moselle. Charming aromas of stone fruit (apricot), exotic fruit (mango) and citrus (grapefruit) are balanced by an elegant mouthfeel. An excellent dry Riesling. The nose is dominated by flowers, lemon and some mineral notes. In the mouth it has a medium to full body and a wonderful, medium-long finish. Pair with dishes with lemon-based sauces, shellfish dishes, shrimp, fried fish, sushi and fried chicken wings.

Elegant Riesling Kabinett with captivating aromas reminiscent of white-fleshed peach and white flowers. In the mouth it is balanced, like all wines from Weingut Gunther Steinmetz, with concentration, acidity and aftertaste at an excellent level. Enjoy it with soft cheeses, salmon, seafood, shellfish, grilled chicken, pork and fusion cuisine recipes.

A stunning dry Riesling with aromas of apricot, yellow Mirabelle plum, white flowers, some citrus and a distinct minerality. In the mouth it has a medium body and follows the aromas of the nose. The aftertaste is long. Accompany it with dishes with lemon-based sauces, shellfish dishes, shrimp, fried fish, sushi, Nori rolls and lightly smoked meat.

This is a delightful dry Mosel with surprisingly intense minerality, aromas of peach, apricot and fresh herbs, such as mint. In the mouth it is aromatic, with medium body, and here we have strong aromas of stone fruit. The acidity is delightful and the aftertaste is long. Enjoy it with salads, vegetables, salmon, seafood, fish, chicken and soft cheeses. It can also be aged further.

Amazing dry Riesling. The word that characterizes it is refinement. Aromatically it has mineral notes complemented by flowers, herbs, peach, apple and citrus fruits, such as lemon. Balanced white wine with crisp acidity and a very long, elegant aftertaste. Accompany it with fine seafood, white fish, sushi, ceviche, salads and mild soft cheeses.

White sweet Riesling. Despite its sugars, its acidity does not allow it to be astringent. Medium to full-bodied. Its aromas will remind you of white flowers, tangerine, passion fruit and pear. Its aftertaste is amazing. This elegant wine has great aging potential.
