Laguardia is perhaps the most charming of the villages in the area. The plots are high, on average 440 m altitude, but with greater exposure to the Evros valley. Its color is straw yellow with greenish shades characteristic of the variety. The nose is medium to high, fresh but with less complexity than traditional Verdejo. The taste is dry, round and structured thanks to two months of aging on fine lees. It combines perfectly with white fish, tuna, pasta, Asian food, chicken, fresh or blue cheeses.
