After the selection of the best grapes, fermentation takes place at a temperature of 14°C, a technique that produces subtle aromas that are particularly pleasing to the palate. It has a bright straw yellow color and very fine and persistent bubbles. Floral aromas of acacia and gentian with a light herbal note of sage and mint as well as aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and yellow apple make their presence felt. This wine is excellent as an aperitif but also for the whole meal with risotto and shellfish.

Staffilo BIO Pinot Grigio is an organic wine whose vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks together with the skins of the grapes, at a controlled temperature.
