Gaia Monograph Assyrtiko is a captivating expression of this cosmopolitan variety from the vineyards of PGI Peloponnese. It offers a different side of Assyrtiko, fruitier and more extroverted than its Santorini counterparts, yet with the same authenticity. With intense aromas of citrus and tropical fruits, the wine is cool, youthful, and floods the palate with freshness. An almost salty finish gives it a unique character. It's best served at 8-10C. It pairs perfectly with grilled fish, seafood, shellfish, and fried calamari. Avoid very sweet or spicy dishes to let its finesse shine.

Frangospito White Dry BIO is a white dry, organic wine that comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. It is created from the varieties Malvazia and Moschato Spinas, which grow at an altitude of 400 meters in the vineyards of Monofatsi, in Heraklion, Crete, and specifically in the vineyard "Frangospito".

The special feature of the winery's vineyards is that they are under organic cultivation. In 2004 a new state-of-the-art winery was established within the vineyards. All phases from production to bottling take place in the vertically integrated modern unit guided by the love of wine and its philosophy!

Vidiano White BIO is a white dry organic wine that comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. It is created 100% from the Vidiano variety, which grows at an altitude of 350 meters in the vineyards of Monofatsi in Heraklion, Crete and specifically in the vineyard "Kampos".

Gavala Vilana Lefkos Xiros is a wonderful label with a crystal white color, aromatic complexity with hints of citrus and freshly cut peach. Its taste is rich and fruity, with delightful acidity!

Methea White Dry is a pleasant, harmonious and delicious wine with a delicate taste and cool profile. Its grapes come from estates of Northern Evia which have been matured in stainless steel tanks in order to produce this unique and delicious whole.

Iama dry white wine is produced from the Assyrtiko and Malagouzia varieties that come from the estate's vineyards in Yaltra, Northern Evia.

Asyrtiko White Dry Sur Lies has a golden color and aromas that come mainly from yellow fruits and citrus fruits. The feeling that leaves is cool giving notes of freshness and exotic aromas such as pineapple and lychee. Its acidity is perfectly combined with the rest of its elements and a balance is achieved.

Vourvoukelis Malagouzia is the estate's new label for single varietal white wines. It has a strong aromatic bouquet, medium to high acidity and a body with fat and volume. The color appears whitish-yellow, with golden highlights. Aromas of white flowers, apricot and tropical fruits. Its finish is robust and long-lasting.

The name Lagara White Dry means pure water and comes from the ancient Greek, where "lagaros" means clear. This is a wine that consists of "Sauvignon Blanc" and "Assyrtiko" grape varieties.
