Staffilo BIO Pinot Grigio is an organic wine whose vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks together with the skins of the grapes, at a controlled temperature. It has a straw color and fruity aromas that leave notes of peach, apricot, tropical fruits and wild flowers. On the palate it is dry, full and velvety and its taste is pleasantly persistent. This wine is ideal with risotto, poultry and all kinds of dishes containing fish.

After the selection of the best grapes, fermentation takes place at a temperature of 14°C, a technique that produces subtle aromas that are particularly pleasing to the palate. It has a bright straw yellow color and very fine and persistent bubbles. Floral aromas of acacia and gentian with a light herbal note of sage and mint as well as aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and yellow apple make their presence felt. This wine is excellent as an aperitif but also for the whole meal with risotto and shellfish.

Tement Morillon Sudsteiermark Muschelkalk is produced from the Morillon grape variety known internationally as Chardonnay. It is a very balanced and elegant instrument that stands out for its delicate notes of freshly grated apples, dandelion leaves and roasted almonds. It is an intensely clear wine characterized by being dry on the palate.

It is a white dry wine from organic farming, with natural and spontaneous fermentation. It is unpredictable, like an unforgettable evening with strong aromas in the nose and an amazing sequence in the mouth. Orange blossom, clementine, peach and apple are the elements that stand out the most. Light and easy, so much so that it resembles clouds.

This vineyard was planted by Josef Tement in the 1950s and has been owned by the family ever since. Notes of lemon, blackcurrant and apricot will give a wine that is delicate and fresh with a soft minerality and a luscious finish. The soil from which it is cultivated is located in a closed mountain basin at an altitude of 300 - 420 m with a south-southeast orientation and is characterized by sandy clay coral limestone soil. Tement Ried Grassnitzberg Sauvignon Blanc is unique especially for cold nights.

It is a very focused wine with great length that comes from a very high southwest facing vineyard at 500 meters above sea level, which is protected by the surrounding forest. The particular alluvial soil produces wines of deep minerality with notes of juniper, fennel and gooseberry.

Tement Ried Sulz Morillon will surely become your new love! Roasted pineapple, salty lemon, green tea and essential herbs along with a hint of smoke on the tongue, which helps to maintain the acidity, will give you a refreshing and simple experience that you will not get enough of. It comes from a deep, chalk-marl clay soil, which is called "Opok" in this area. The highest point is 490 meters above sea level and works best for wines full of finesse meant for long life, like this one!
