White Wine

The Moraitis winery, in the area of Naoussa in Paros, has been producing fine wines for several years. In Sarakiniko of Paros is one of the vineyards of the winery, where the Assyrtiko variety grows. It is carefully collected, undergoes pre-fermentation extraction and fermentation at low temperatures before maturing for 8 weeks in its wine sludges, in order to offer us this special label, the Estate Assyrtiko BIO S.V. Sarakiniko White.

This wine comes from young vineyards that are cultivated organically from planting and are accredited by the competent bodies, in gravelly soils of the region. Its color is straw yellow with greenish shades characteristic of the variety. The nose is medium to high, fresh but with less complexity than traditional Verdejo. The taste is dry, round and structured thanks to two months of aging on fine lees. It combines perfectly with white fish, tuna, pasta, Asian food, chicken, fresh or blue cheeses.

The Chardonnay variety will be able to mature in difficult climatic conditions, with the proper care of the people of the Pantou winery, thus acquiring special characteristics, giving us this special label, Pantou Chardonnay White Dry.

Ktima Alpha Malagousia (100% Malagousia) is a brilliant white wine from the "Chelones" vineyard in Amyndeon (670 m. elevation). 2 months of aging on its lees enhances its richness and finesse while preserving its vibrant freshness. With a bright, pal- yellow color, it offers intense aromas of white flowers, citrus, and aromatic herbs. The palate is full, with excellent balance, freshness, and a long finish. Serve at 11-12C. It pairs perfectly with green salads, seafood appetizers, grilled fish, and pasta. Avoid heavy red meats and overly spicy dishes. A glass that captures the essence of the Greek summer!

Giacobazzi Moscato Aromatico Dolce is a sparkling sweet wine with a straw yellow color and golden highlights. It has an intense nose, well characterized by subtle notes of apricot, honey and peach and is gently sweet, with a very delicate aroma and a pleasant aftertaste. The harmonious bouquet, the freshness as well as the sweet and intense taste of the grapes make this wine a perfect companion to enjoy every special and festive moment. An expressive bouquet of lime zest, punchy herbs and gooseberry. The fleshy fruit core is focussed by a backbone of lively acidity, carrying classic varietal characters to a lengthy finish. The winery "Ktima Kelesidi" is located in the heart of the vineyard of Naoussa. These are organically grown vineyards that follow the traditional process of trigos, rakokazana, winemaking and aging.

Enjoy Ktima Akrani Malagousia, an organic wine from Kos with a light yellow color. The nose is full of aromas of melon, citrus, and white flowers, while the palate develops a creamy texture. The balanced acidity and soft finish make it an ideal choice for grilled fish, seafood risotto, fattier fish like salmon, roasted poultry, as well as dishes with basil, mint, coriander, or lemongrass.
