Methea White Dry is a pleasant, harmonious and delicious wine with a delicate taste and cool profile. Its grapes come from estates of Northern Evia which have been matured in stainless steel tanks in order to produce this unique and delicious whole.

"NOTOS" White Semi-Sweet of the Kanakari winery, is produced exclusively from the Roditis variety, a variety that is cultivated in the semi-mountainous vineyards of Egialia. After processing it is recommended with a light yellow color, with a pleasant aroma of citrus and exotic fruits and with a mild sweetness in the mouth.

"NOTOS" White Dry from the Kanakari winery is produced exclusively from the Roditi variety of the semi-mountainous vineyards of Aigialeia. The harvest is done in small crates of 20 kg and the pressures it receives during the process of vinification are moderate.

Garalis Retsina Of Lemnos is created 100% from Muscat of Alexandria. Clean nose, with attractive aromas of mastic, mint, machete, pine forest and green apple. The floral character of Muscat of Alexandria is more evident in the mouth, with accentuated acidity, medium body and excellent balance. A typical Retsina, with tensions, coolness and exuberance. Garalis Retsina Of Lemnos, with its attractive, cool pine aromas, will create a wonderful dialogue with almost any dish that contains botanicals and herbal elements. From the classic, lemony chickpeas with rosemary, the oven-roasted goat with thyme, the classic yalaji dolmades and the grilled fish with lemon, thyme and mint. Garalis Retsina Of Lemnos, with its thirst-quenching character, is an equally ideal wine to accompany fried cod.

The Moraitis winery, in the area of Naoussa in Paros, has been producing fine wines for several years. Monemvasia 80% and Roditis 20%, from selected vineyards in the areas of Kamares and Aspries of Paros, are the two varieties that combine and create Meltemi White Dry.

Monograph Moschofilero is a unique expression of the variety from PGI Peloponnese. Cultivated at an altitude of 700 meters, this wine accurately captures the area's special microclimate. Its "mountainous" origin gives it incredible freshness and lively acidity, making it irresistibly pleasant. The typical aroma of rose unfolds immediately, along with the characteristic aromatic complexity of the variety. It is best served at 8-10C. Enjoy it as an aperitif or pair it with medium intensity dishes, such as seafood and fish. Avoid aged cheeses and desserts, which would overshadow its delicacy.
