White Wine

Indulge in the superb Ktima Alpha Omega White Sweet (85% Gewurztraminer / 15% Malagousia), a late-harvest gem from Amyndeon, Greece (690 m. elevation). Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, it achieves remarkable complexity. With a golden hue, it reveals intense aromas of rose, Turkish delight, and ripe pear. The palate perfectly balances sweetness with refreshing acidity. Serve at 12-13C. It pairs beautifully with blue cheeses, foie gras, and fruit-based desserts (like pastries). Avoid desserts sweeter than the wine and dark chocolate. This bottle offers a luxurious, unforgettable finale to any moment!

"Leiwener Laurentiuslay". This vineyard is one of the best Mosel has to offer. Owned by the Loewen winery since 1982, when they bought 6000 vines from one of the best vineyards of the Reichsgraf von Kesselstadt winery. Today the vineyard at Laurentiuslay is one hectare in size. Here they grow their best wines. They are very proud that this perception is shared by Hugh Johnson and Stuart Pigott who classified Laurentiuslay as a Grand Cru Site.

From a premier vineyard with vines up to 100 years old you will enjoy a deep and sophisticated bouquet with a savory sensation of pebbles, ripe citrus, lime, tobacco, herbs and spices. of crushed stones, lemon zest and herbs. In the mouth, it is lively and playful Riesling with class and style. The aftertaste is long, salty and spicy.

Amazing Kabinett. Theoretically, a light Riesling, but not the real thing. Concentrated, robust, but very elegant. Quite mineral on the nose, with ripe Golden apples, white peaches, Mirabelle plums and herbs. Semi-sweet, but its acidity and slightly salty feel create a very attractive wine. Accompany it with salads, simple or more complex, with meat and various dressings. It can be combined with sweet and sour dishes and, for the more adventurous, even with a beef steak.

An excellent dry Riesling. The nose is dominated by flowers, lemon and some mineral notes. In the mouth it has a medium to full body and a wonderful, medium-long finish. Pair with dishes with lemon-based sauces, shellfish dishes, shrimp, fried fish, sushi and fried chicken wings.

The Schoenenbourg hillside lies north of Riquewihr. Riesling is the dominant variety on this slope and gives a rich and complex wine, vinified in stainless steel tanks and large oak barrels. It has a straw yellow color with beautiful silver highlights, excellent finesse on the nose, aromas of ripe citrus fruits, passion fruit and lemon zest. In the mouth we find the fruity aromas of the nose as well as notes of caramel, apricot and peach. Goes well with good fish in sauce, scallops, white meats, pasta dishes and soft cheeses.

Elegant Riesling Kabinett with captivating aromas reminiscent of white-fleshed peach and white flowers. In the mouth it is balanced, like all wines from Weingut Gunther Steinmetz, with concentration, acidity and aftertaste at an excellent level. Enjoy it with soft cheeses, salmon, seafood, shellfish, grilled chicken, pork and fusion cuisine recipes.

Afianes Litani is an exceptional dry white wine from the indigenous Begleri grape cultivated in Ikaria. Sourced from old, organic vineyards, this wine offers a unique experience. With its slightly cloudy, transparent appearance and rich legs, it reveals its 13.5% alcohol content. Aromas of white mushrooms, stone fruits, quince, and butterscotch fill the nose and palate, while its sweet finish and balanced acidity make it particularly appealing. Perfect for a romantic dinner or a girls' night out, this wine pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes. Enjoy it with lemon lamb, grilled fish, seafood, rich cheeses, pasta with white sauces, and white meats. For the best experience, serve it at 10-12°C.

A Gewurztraminer from the famous Grand Cru Sporen. With a clear, pale yellow color and vinification in stainless tanks and oak barrels, this wine is recommended to us. When it opens, aromatically, you will distinguish rose, lychee and peach and in the mouth, sweetness and acidity in perfect balance. It is a very well structured wine with a smooth and long aftertaste that leaves the feeling of passion fruit. Enjoy it as an aperitif, with some white or chocolate dessert. It ages comfortably for 10 years.

La Tour Vendanges Tardives has a deep golden color and aromas of candied exotic fruits and honey. In the mouth, the refreshing acidity balances the rich and sugary palate. This wine is ideal with fruit desserts, ice cream, blue cheeses and foie gras. You can keep it for up to 15 years.

Intense greenish-yellow color, aromas of dried fruit, licorice, lemon, candied pineapple and a hint of flint in the bouquet are the first elements that stand out. It is a muscular wine in the mouth with a tight structure, elegant sweetness and spicy acidity with saltiness. Enjoy it with baked chicken or a Wiener schnitzel!
