Herrgottsacker is the northernmost location of Deidesheim and borders with Ungeheuer. The soil contains sandstone, limestone and basalt. An elegant and classic Riesling. It combines the elegance and cool spicy taste of Deidesheim and the juicy citrus aroma of Forst. Delicious and delightful wine!

The Maushohle vineyard is sheltered in a large valley in Deidesheim with sandstone and limestone as the main ingredients in the soil. The 2021 Deidesheimer Maushohle Riesling is concentrated and cool due to the acidity. Juicy aromas of apple, stone fruit and fine spices and herbs. It was fully fermented in wood and matured on lees for one year. Closure with screw cap. It will seduce you!

Stellenrust Cape Wildling Chardonnay 2023 is a premium Chardonnay from the highest vineyard in the Bottelary Hills, planted on unique limestone soil. It is fermented with wild yeasts in oak barrels (30% new) for 9 months, developing a rich texture and butterscotch notes. The nose offers ripe citrus and toasted almond, while the palate is concentrated, with nectarine flavors and a long, mineral finish. Its lively acidity promises elegant aging. Serve at 10-12°C. It is a white dry wine from organic farming, with natural and spontaneous fermentation. It is unpredictable, like an unforgettable evening with strong aromas in the nose and an amazing sequence in the mouth. Orange blossom, clementine, peach and apple are the elements that stand out the most. Light and easy, so much so that it resembles clouds.

"It's rare to find a Petit Chablis this good." (Tamlyn Currin JancisRobinson.com). Located in the Yonne department, the Chablis vineyard runs along a small river: the Serein. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, its ages on the fine lees for 10 to 12 months. It has a soft golden color. On the nose you will find citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit) on a mineral background (flint, flint). In the mouth it is fresh, with a beautiful aromatic finish. The Leinhohle is a southern slope just above Deidesheim. When the climate in Deidesheim was colder, it was considered one of the best locations in the village for grapes because of the sun exposure. Sandstone and limestone are mainly in the soil and for this reason wines of excellent quality are produced. Erste Lage is something similar to Grand Cru in France. The wine is fully fermented in barrel and matures on the lees for one year. Peach, apricot, apple and some herbal notes on the nose. Juicy complex and dense with ripe stone fruits and fine herbs in the mouth. Enjoy it with Asian dishes, with pork and spicy appetizers.

Tement Morillon Sudsteiermark Muschelkalk is produced from the Morillon grape variety known internationally as Chardonnay. It is a very balanced and elegant instrument that stands out for its delicate notes of freshly grated apples, dandelion leaves and roasted almonds. It is an intensely clear wine characterized by being dry on the palate.
