La Tour Pinot Gris Reserve has a medium yellow color with aromas of white fleshy exotic fruits and some smoky notes. It is a fruity, gourmet, rich and balanced wine that you can accompany with foie gras, pork stew, mushrooms or other appetizers. Keep it up to 10 years.

Ktima Akrani Naturally Sweet has a varied composition of Moschato Alexandria 50% and Sauvignon Blanc 50%.

Forster Riesling comes from the famous vineyards of the village of Forst and is mainly barrel fermented. It is dry but rich, classy, spicy and salty, with juicy, ripe citrus aromas and rich exoticism. It is a special wine that can be accompanied without fear from crabs and lobster to pork, lamb or a fine dining experience.

Crisio comes out of different stages and moments. It is a wonderful "Verdicchio Riserva", an aging wine, which can be consumed even after eight to ten years of age. It has a straw yellow color with greenish highlights and a strong aromatic note of freshness of persistent citrus aromas, white flowers, ripe white fruits and herbs. It is a full-bodied, complex, elegant, fresh, mineral, very tasty wine with pleasant acidity and persistent almond aftertaste, characteristic of Verdicchio wines. It pairs beautifully with any seafood main course, such as shellfish or sushi, but is also perfect with first courses garnished with aromatic herbs, mushrooms, truffles or semi-ripened cheeses. Try it with a veloute fish soup and you won't be disappointed!

Garalis Salome is created 100% from the Moscato variety of Alexandria. The Muscat of Alexandria finds in this wine its classic expression: sweetness, exuberance and expressiveness, in a wine that fascinates. Wonderful aromas reminiscent of sweet spoon grapes, creme brulee, blonde currant, rose petals, dried apricots, honey and honeycomb. In the mouth it is sweet and generous, with moderate acidity, high alcohol, full body and a long aftertaste. Exuberance and Mediterranean charm from a wine that is released only in selected years. Garalis Salome will accompany wonderful fluffy cakes, brownies and chocolate souffles, as well as emmec, ravani and other syrupy sweets. This sunny Muscat of Alexandria also pairs beautifully with chocolate flavors such as a chocolate tart or a mosaic, contributing a honeyed allure. Also great next to our espresso, instead of a sweet spoon, grafting the sweetness of the wine with the pleasant, roasted bitterness of the coffee.

Noblis Chardonnay White is created from the appropriate Chardonnay varieties from the vineyards of the Karamitros family.

UNDA is a refined Vermentino from the coast of Oristano in Sardinia, just 5 meters above sea level, aged in amphorae and concrete tanks. The Soave Superiore Classico Verso is a straw-yellow wine with golden reflections, clear and consistent in the glass. It has intense, complex aromas of basaltic soil, lavender, kiwi, and melon.
