The dragon is the estate's entry level wine, a dry Riesling fermented in stainless steel. The grapes come from the valley below Forst and Deidesheim. It is a clear, fresh and fruity wine with aromas of tropical stone fruit, green apple and lemongrass. In the mouth it is round, rich with depth and density. Fine, cool due to acidity, elegant and spicy on the palate. Accompany it with slightly spicy dishes, Asian cuisine, recipes with chicken, pork or a large fatty fish.

In recent years, the Col Fondo movement of cloudy Prosecco has become a trend. A Fondo is 100% Glera, SO2 free(Sulphur Dioxide), and is a bottle fermented Prosecco. Only the best grapes take place here and the resulting wine is amazing. It has a pale straw yellow color with a slight haze and aromas of green apple, white peaches, lychee, mint and honeysuckle. It is a salty, persistent, but balanced wine in the mouth. It is a true "wild card" in food that you can accompany it with appetizers, seafood or even pork lemonade. The name RIRA has been mentioned since the old days for an area above the Neratzies of Aigio, high above the tourist resorts of Logos - Selianitika in the coastal zone of Aegialia. The estate, which has existed in its current boundaries since 1872, was cultivated with raisins in the old days. Donna di Valiano is a subtle tribute to the woman of the Piccini family, who has always played a decisive role in our history. This wine is dedicated to them and to all the women of the world. Winemaker Pasquale Presutto took the two international varieties Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from semi-mountainous vineyards in Castelnuovo Berardenga and created Donna di Valiano.

A unique "contact", where the elements of the oak embrace beautifully the primary floral and fruity aromas of Chardonnay. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in French Ermitage 500 ltr barrels, where the wine ages for 6 months with the presence of wine lees. It is characterized by its complexity and intensity in the nose, where vanilla, nuts and tobacco combine with aromas of exotic fruits and citrus. The acidity is balanced and harmonized with the whole, whereas a fruity aftertaste of long duration and the oak aroma fade beautifully and sweetly. Accompany big grilled fish, white meat grilled or cooked with rich white sauces.

Color pale yellow with light greens highlights. Nose rich and expressive with aromas of citrus fruits, pineapple, acacia and floral notes. Mouth rich, fatty, aromatic with a refreshing acidity accompanied by a long intense aftertaste with lady typically the white-fleshed fruits. Gaia Wild Ferment Moschofilero is a unique expression of this versatile variety from PGI Peloponnese. The winemaking process, which includes wild fermentation and aging in oak barrels, gives it a more complex and authentic character, highlighting the region's unique terroir. The nose is dominated by classic aromas of rose, jasmine, and citron, enriched with delicate notes of butter and depth. The lively acidity is perfectly balanced with its body, offering freshness and complexity. It is best served at 12C. It pairs wonderfully with Mediterranean cuisine, seafood, oily stews, and white meats. Avoid very heavy red meats that would overpower its delicate flavor.

Nikolou Botanic Sparkling White Dry is a sparkling wine from the Savvatiano variety, whose early vintage gives juice rich in acids with low pH. After the necessary procedures for its production, the wine follows a second fermentation in the bottle with the classic method of production of sparkling wines and then it will mature in the bottles for 6 months.

A fruit-driven Chardonnay with nectarine and kumquat aromas elevated by notes of sweet spice, vanilla and lightly buttered popcorn. The palate is plush and generous with an interplay of acid and fine oak tannin, focusing the flavours for a persistent finish. A food-friendly style that will compliment a broad array of cuisine, from light seafood and salad dishes to white meat and creamy pasta. We recommend pairing The Ned Chardonnay 2021 with a smoked kingfish salad.

The Gewurztraminer from Alsace is recommended to us with a golden yellow color and elegant notes of lychee and rose. It is minimally aggressive on the palate, gourmand and crisp and despite its sugars is well balanced, with notes of rose. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany some strong cheese and spicy Asian dishes such as duck. It ages easily up to 8-10 years.
