White Wine

This wine comes from young vineyards that are cultivated organically from planting and are accredited by the competent bodies, in gravelly soils of the region. Its color is straw yellow with greenish shades characteristic of the variety. The nose is medium to high, fresh but with less complexity than traditional Verdejo. The taste is dry, round and structured thanks to two months of aging on fine lees. It combines perfectly with white fish, tuna, pasta, Asian food, chicken, fresh or blue cheeses.

Bright, intense yellow wine with aromas of chamomile, wildflowers, and balsamic notes of elderberry and lime. On the palate, it is dry, with a strong balance of acidity and soft tones. La Tour Pinot Gris is a 100% Pinot Gris wine from Riquewihr, Alsace. It has a clear, pale yellow color, refined nose with fruity notes and is smooth on the palate, gourmand and crisp with hints of grapefruit. The dragon is the estate's entry level wine, a dry Riesling fermented in stainless steel. The grapes come from the valley below Forst and Deidesheim. In recent years, the Col Fondo movement of cloudy Prosecco has become a trend. A Fondo is 100% Glera, SO2 free(Sulphur Dioxide), and is a bottle fermented Prosecco. Only the best grapes take place here and the resulting wine is amazing. It has a pale straw yellow color with a slight haze and aromas of green apple, white peaches, lychee, mint and honeysuckle. Donna di Valiano is a subtle tribute to the woman of the Piccini family, who has always played a decisive role in our history. This wine is dedicated to them and to all the women of the world. Winemaker Pasquale Presutto took the two international varieties Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from semi-mountainous vineyards in Castelnuovo Berardenga and created Donna di Valiano.

A unique "contact", where the elements of the oak embrace beautifully the primary floral and fruity aromas of Chardonnay. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in French Ermitage 500 ltr barrels, where the wine ages for 6 months with the presence of wine lees. It is characterized by its complexity and intensity in the nose, where vanilla, nuts and tobacco combine with aromas of exotic fruits and citrus. The acidity is balanced and harmonized with the whole, whereas a fruity aftertaste of long duration and the oak aroma fade beautifully and sweetly.
